- Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and well cooked. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Cons -
- Apart from erratic wifi on the third floor (room 36), nothing!
- The sink in the bathroom was very small and we weren't provided with a bath mat so had to use the hand towel.
- Nothing, cannot fault them for anything.

We could leave our bags before check in and after check out. The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent quality and very fresh. Was not cooked en masse, so came out of the kitchen in smaller batches. It was buffet style with full English cooked breakfast. Also, continental breakfast with croissants, pan au chocolat, cereals, tinned fruit (peaches), fresh melon, cucumber, tomatoes, ham and cheese. The only thing i would have had, that wasn't an option, would have been flavoured yoghurt. The location was fab, a 5 minute walk from Euston Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.Would return, in a heartbeat!
Nothing, cannot fault them for anything.
Had a wonderful stay with a family of 5, so close to euston station. No extra charge to store luggage before check in which was great and all staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and well organised.
Single compact room but everything I needed for a short stay. Good hot shower and good selection for breakfast set out as buffet style but frequently restocked. Walking distance to trains and buses. Friendly staff. Quiet area.
No draws so needed to leave clothes in case as limited table space (clothes hanging space was provided)
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast options, comfortable beds and the perfect location with 3 underground stations nearby. Will definitely come back here. I've been to london several times, but this hotel has been my favourite of all!
Location good - breakfast excellent
Room was small
Room and location were good. Being on the top floor at the age of 79 was a little challenging but good for the heart! The breakfast could do with a little improvement. There was no explanation about the fact that it was self service and where the various elements of the breakfast were located. I asked for tea and when the pot was delivered there was no milk so I had to find the staff and ask for milk. These are only small things but do make a difference. Overall though it was fine and the quality of the cooked element of the breakfast was good.

As always (I've stayed here many times), excellent hotel in ideal location (quiet, charming area, but very central and convenient), very friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Rooms vary in size (this time I had quite a big one) but all are comfortable and well-appointed, and many have a lovely view over Cartwright Gardens.
I can't really imagine anything that could be improved. For me as a solo frequent traveller it's hard to imagine a better hotel.
It was a single room, but I had a double bed. Clean, with all amenities
No real issues
Spoke to three different receptionists about her the course of the stay and they were all very friendly and helpful. The area is central
Expected more for the cost. The room was very small, especially considering the price. It was located in the middle of two sets of stairs so felt I was constantly hearing all the talking and foot steps of other guests- not their fault just a tight squeeze. The room felt very crammed such as small bed and shower. I didn’t like that there was no door to the toilet so the whole room steamed after the shower and less privacy.Generally noisy and small.
Very convenient for Euston. Good value. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Clean comfortable room
It was perfectly situated in the heart of the city right behind King’s Cross train station. It’s in a beautiful crescent along with a few other hotels, quiet and in a lovely position.
There wasn’t anything at all, we were informed of no lifts at all times they even messaged to say the single we booked was not recommended for a long stay as it was on the small side, so nothing at all not to like.
Beautiful character accomodation with modern clean bathroom. The best breakfast we had in six different hotels throughout our trip! Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location for Eurostar travel.
Not really a negative but a consideration - Location to tube stations. While a central London location, I think it is more convenient to stay further out and very close to a well serviced tube station e.g Hammersmith. Felt like a bit of a walk to Euston and while closer Russell Square station only hasPiccadilly line.
Breakfast was lovely, but breakfast room and buffet area was crowded. Staff were brilliant at keeping up to speed with the food and were very helpful when items ran out.
Given the space available, I don't think the situation could have been better.
Perfect for what it is. Comes in at the right price point for a small single in London and having your own ensuite certainly makes it value for money.
My room was small (I was told about it), it was cosy, well cleaned, confy bed, modern (newly refurbished). I stayed in room 9, which was at the back of the building. It was so quiet, I slept very well. Breakfast was very good. Freshly prepared hot food, lovely pastries, and excellent coffee. Staff was also friendly. It was my first time staying there and I'm hoping to stay again in the future.
A really good location. Daily room housecleaning was nice. The room had all the necessities I expected.
Definitely had bed bugs, there is almost a dozen bites on my hands after my stay.A part of one wall in my room got wet during the rainy night. That wall was next to bed so in the morning a part of my blanket was wet.
It was in a very convenient and safe position. My room was upgraded to a large room for free and the bed, bathroom etc were good. The staff were friendly too.
