Close to Euston station And easy to locate

The dining room was very crowded especially when sitting 4 people but apart from that was good and staff was very helpful

Only criticism I have is the rooms need to be upgraded and would prefer Duvets in the room instead of sheets and blankets,other than that nice but a little pricey.

Great location, clean hotel with all the facilities necessary for a short stay in Central London. Breakfast promptly served by friendly staff.

It is a very convenient location for what we wanted, both from point of view of arriving and plans for visit. The staff were very pleasant, the room was spacious and warm with a nice outlook and it was all immaculately clean. Breakfast was perfectly OK without being fabulous, but served quickly and attentively in the spacious ground floor area. I would say, compared with many hotels in area it is very reasonably priced and altogether a pleasant place to stay.

In an ideal world, the bath towels could be a little thicker and more luxurious, they were quite thin.Also, it would be useful to have some hooks for coats inside the door (or on the back of the door), rather than needing to hang them in the cupboard, especially if you come in from the wet, as we had to.

Great location, short walk to underground stations. Quiet,clean twin room at the back of the hotel on the top floor overlooking a car park so no passing traffic.Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, we were able to leave our cases to explore more of London on our check out day.Lovely breakfast, cooked and continental available. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood. There are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It's only 5 minuts from the Russell Square underground station. The rooms are cleaned every day and to my surprise they are big enough. Breakfast is great and the staff is exceptional.

Superb location in a quiet crescent very close to many attractions and transport links. Warm, comfortable room, excellent staff. Was great to be able to leave luggage at the hotel to collect later. Large breakfast with plenty of choice.

Beds were rather too soft. We were in room G4 close to the entrance on the ground floor and this was noisy at times. The front door made the bed shake.There were a few very minor issues with the breakfast (asked for white and got brown toast that was underdone, the tomatoes were not cooked at all and baked beans missing).

Excellent location. Quiet zone. Near underground stations and train. Very good breakfast. I highly recomend.

Very attentive staff, exceptionally clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast with the option to build your own hot breakfast with limitless coffee.

Great location close to the student quarters with lots of independent shops and restaurants, quiet in a safe neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

The shower was a bit temperamental. A bulky dehumidifier in the room. Beds were ok, not the most comfortable.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Everything was very clean and the shower was nice with good water pressure. Beds were comfy and staff were lovely. I would stay again.

Were were in the first room next to front door so could hear the intercom going all the time but the bed was so comfy i still had good nights sleep

Nice and easy place.Communication was very good, friendly staff and top location.Public transport easy by walking, calm neighbourhood!Decent breakfast.Perfect for a weekend.

Our family room was a good size, with a lovely view over the tennis courts. It was very clean. Staff were friendly. Location was great.

The walls were a bit thin, we could hear the people talking next door.

Good breakfast, excellent location for London Euston and tube.

Small headboard on bed and bed was not the most comfortable.
