Pros +
- Location is the only thing going for this substandard hotel. Walking distance to the Natural History Museum and the V&A. Earl's Court tube station is just around the corner. 3 supermarkets and a few decent restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
- Very clean, staff are efficient and friendly, good location for the Cromwell Hospital, very quiet rooms (I was in a double and then a single at the back), comfy beds, good continental breakfast
- Comfy beds, good decor. Friendly and helpful staff
Cons -
- Peeling wall paper; ugly, tiny closet-size rooms. Cleaning is substandard. Towels changed every OTHER day. The shower didn't drain, had to shower in ankle-deep water. Overall, an awful, overpriced hotel whose only redeeming feature is the location.
- The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the metro. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was filling. The room was clean.
- Small bathrooms.

Breakfast was average, when comparing to a premier inn.
Poor

Everything was perfect. The accommodation and the breakfast were lovely. The staff was so polite and kind. And we loved the location of the hotel. We recommend it with out doubt.
breakfast is simple but good, could do well if they add fruits and vegtables.
the water in the shower is a bit week, there is warm water but not enough strength in the flow
Room with a comfortable bed, wi-fi and the location of the hotel were the good things of my stay. Fan is also the good edition for the hotel room in warm weather.
The lack of diverse options of breakfast, which could be a little bit improved.Broken tap, causing water to leak and the hotel had to put a bunch of towels under the sink. Kind of untidy.
Location is very convenient. Earl's Court tube station is close and Hyde Park is a reasonable walk. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice.
I didn't realize that there was no air conditioning. Probably my fault for missing that written somewhere. Was OK as weather wasn't too hot. Room had two beds, so slept 4 people fine, but was otherwise a little tight.
Location was great.Shower was hot and good water pressure
breakfast selection. Bed was too bouncy, could feel every movement.
Bed Bugs, did not stay. Only a partial refund.
Disgusting, smelled bad
Our room was very spacious and clean, room was easy to find and warm.
The only slight issue I can think of is that I think the curtains in our room were a bit small so you either had a gap in the middle so the curtains couldn’t touch or there was a gap at the end so privacy wasn’t 100% from outside.
The location
Breakfast was very limited and every day the same. No options for gluten free. Central heating occasionally was cold. Shower water took forever to come hot and would go cold on and off. Room had a smell of old furniture. Room needs refurbishing in general. TV Remote at reception against a deposit. No pushchair access.
It was a great location, a short walk to Hyde Park and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
As the hotel is an old building, whilst it is charming it has some plumbing issues that were resolved during our stay. I would also like the option of a full English breakfast.
Very helpful and kind staff. Great location.
Beds are not comfortable at all.
staff has hospitality mind and friendly. 24/7 front desk. good breakfast
got some problem with lack of hot water pressure due to the hotel is not brand new, but they manage to sort it out which is pretty much better at the end.
Not much really
The location was ok staff freindley but not helpful when we asked if they could ring us a taxi, even though they give you an information sheet that's says they can do that.i desperate need a updating eg carpets decor and definitely new windows. I didn't sleep at all with the sound of the traffic all night.Breakfast was poor you didn't really get a choice, they just brought a boiled egg toast ham and cheese weather you wanted it or not. Only thing you had a choice with was what cereal you had. I would not book this hotel again spoke to the manager but he showed no interest in my complaint
It was clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Its location was great for access by road and our purpose of gong to The Royal Albert Hall.
The property is a period building but its modernisation has been done to a high standard
Staff excellent, value for money excellent Will definitely be staying there again
Clean, good location
Needs a bit of updating, bit noisy, thin walls.
