    Pros +

    • The location was great. It felt safe with a fob to enter the hotel and a separate key for the room. The room was an interesting layout but had plenty of storage. The bathroom was updated and very clean.
    • The price was awesome for the location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I felt very safe as a young female traveling alone.
    • Our room cooled off at night.. Also the hotel was ia good location - easy walk8ng distance from the tube.. A special thank you to staff at the front desk. We had a morning flight from Gatwick- she helped us with travel arrangements to get to the airport

    Cons -

    • The carpets felt very old and dirty. There are old and winding stairs through the hallways which could be challenging for people who have difficulty with stairs or carrying heavy luggage. There weren't coffee makers in the rooms.
    • Loved it all!
    • Nothing really, it was all okay. Room was small and in the basement but yeah... better luck for me next time haha

My room has been in the basement but for 60euro, alright. Very small but enough to stay a night. location is close to the subway, therefore great! a lot of food around so i liked it.Kensington looks beautiful.Nothing to complain, the receptionist was very kind and even gave me an adapter for the plug. All in all , next time i hope i dont get the basement but beside that... u get what u paid for. therefore nothing to complain.Bathroom was clean and all good.

It is nice, clean and comfy hotel. It has great location. You need 15 mins to get to heart of London.

Its rooms are small but it is not a big problem. Because If you visit London, you will outside all day and you only need a clean and comfortable room. The only issue is walls are thin and floor makes noises when you walk inside the room.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Perfectly situated just five minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station, which offers direct access via tube to the rest of Central London (you'll be in Leicester Square in 20+ minutes) and to Heathrow Airport.

The property is a bit old and careworn. The single room is serviceable for one but very small. Bedlinen is clean but scratchy and not super comfortable. Toilet was functioning but suffered from age - the sink got clogged easily.

Lovely and clean, comfortable room, lots of natural light. Comfy bed and nice side bathroom. Friendly staff very welcoming.

Room a bit warm at night and I couldn't work out how to turn the heating down.

Excellent location, very near to Earl's Court tube station and restaurants.

A bit of refurbishment can improve the hotel's ratings.

    9ChullPosted on: 12-14-2025

Great location, small but very clean rooms, friendly staff. Ask for a higher floor so the street noise is reduced to a minimum.

Clean and comfortable. High ceilings and large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Close to tube station and pubs and shops. The hotel had a little lounge with tea and coffee. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for the tube and nearby bars and restaurants

Room was very small, coffee/tea making facilities were on another floor and not in the room. Bathroom was freezing cold all the time, shower space was tiny. We had to leave bathroom door open at night so some of the heat in the bedroom would warm it. Safe in room was locked. We did say it to reception but it was never fixed.

    7DariiaPosted on: 11-23-2025

Excellent location - a quiet, peaceful, and clean area with nearby tube and bus stops, shops, and cafés

Small rooms, limited amenities, breakfast is available, but with a very small selection and needs to be ordered in advance

    8StefaniaPosted on: 11-17-2025

The location. It was close to the underground (Piccadilly line and district line) and the bus stops. Also near to an M&S food store, multiple options for food, Boots store, pharmacy etc

    8RichardPosted on: 11-16-2025

Check in was really easy, room was clean and perfect size for 1 person

The only "complaint" would be because of how close the rooms are together, when the other guests on my floor decided to start talking at 7 AM on a saturday they woke me up

    8NicolePosted on: 11-14-2025

It was well located to the metro. The staff were helpful and polite. I liked the sitting room at the back of the building. The tea and coffee facilities were great.

The room was very small. I found having to carry my bag up or down stairs awkward as the lift stops half way between floors.

    7DarrenPosted on: 10-27-2025

location was ideal, room ok - a little noisy - lots of rooms crammed together it seemed

think the price should reflect the room...a little pricy but was deperate at the time!

    9BirkettPosted on: 10-26-2025

Comfy room, although would have preferred a king size bed in the triple room.Quiet location, near the tube station.Proximity to M&S Foodhall.Felt the security was good. The 1st floor kitchen was nice and handy, being able to refrigerate food, and had a nice outlook onto back gardens.Flexible housekeeping available.Appreciated the kettle to make tea.

Bathroom a bit cramped in size. One of our group wanted a thinner pillow to sleep on, unfortunately the hotel did not provide them.Would have been nice to have a soap dispenser at the bathroom sink, instead of a very tiny bar of soap.
