Very small entryway with steps made it hard to enter and exit with suitcases.

Great location. Equipped with everything we needed. Bright and clean.

Close to tube station. Quiet and absolutely clean. Very nice staff, got a little surprise for my birthday i had during our stay :) ! Modern new rooms. Nice breakfasr room. The only thing we've missed was a bit of the english touch like beaked beans.

The room was very modern and was staff was friendly.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. I arrrived at the hotel after almost 24 hrs of travel and had to wait until 3 p.m. to check-in. I think 12 p.m. is a more reasonable time.

Staff is very nice.

The room could have been bigger.

We didn't have a choice of rooms as this is a small hotel and it was fully booked. We were given a room on the underground floor but overall it was good except for the TV which had only a couple of working channels.

The hotel location is great in terms of being close to bus and tube stations (also some museums).The room was clean and comfy.There are 2 min away (walking distance) nice supermarkets available.The staff was attentive.The breakfast, in particular the croissant, was delicious and satisfying.Some criticize the room being small; however, I loved the room as well.Towels, toilet paper, shower gels, and shampoo were provided in the toilet/bathroom.

Tiny en suite shower room but quite adequate . Very reasonable for London and quiet just off the main road and therefore handy for buses and station at Earls Court

Location on a quiet side road off Earls court. Continental breakfast included in price. Double room with small balcony overlooking road. Room decor smart and in good condition.

Ensuite shower room very small and cramped. Very small wash basin. Very little space when using toilet. Shower was okay

Close to Earl’s Court tube. Easy to find. Rooms clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot coffee.

Check in was advertised as 3pm room not available so had to wait.

Breakfast was satisfactory but choices were limited.

Food choices were limited. Coffee did not taste good and had to be requested.

room was not so big but enough , location was a walk distance from htl and breakfast was behind my expectation with good variety

the only thing was the time limit for breakfast ....little short (07:30 till 09:30) , not so convenient for the early birds.

Location to the tube station. Around the corner from Earl’s Court high street. Situated on a quiet street. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, Kensington high Street 20 min walk. South Ken and museums 25 mins away

The rooms aren’t soundproofed but overall nothing to complain about. Would stay again

Staff members are friendly & accommodating. Roberta in particular was very helpful in arranging additional nights for us when our plans changed. The breakfast is excellent – well presented with a good selection of healthy food. I think this hotel offers good value for the money and is in an excellent location.

- Easy check-in and out.- Cleaning service- Proximity to train station and grocery shops - They make modest efforts to win you back for future stays.

Maybe the signage could be a bit more noticeable so that cab drivers could easily locate this building.
