There was nothing to like. We had no other choice, but stay, because there was no hôtel available near by. That place is worst than Motel 6. The room was not clean, the linen on the bed was tear,the room small, the bed are hard and the pillow are wornout

There are so much things that's wrong with this hôtel. You all should not be advertise this place. They ask for a disposit if you break something, like who would. The internet and TV didn't work for a whole day and night and the front desk person is rude.

Nothing! The staff are liars, anyone that has something nice to say about this place is a liar

I like the location! coffee, tea and water were available to us and the room was clean except for the towels they have stains everywhere. They looked dirty!

The staff did not help me carrying the suitcases to the six floor I have to do that on my own. By the time I got to the six floor me and my daughter were so exhausted our backs were hurting! He offer no help he just said ? you?re a strong woman?.

Disgusting. Stunk of damp. I stayed one night and then had to leave. The hotel told me I would need to pay an extra £40 for a room that wasn’t damp. What a disgrace, I am never using this service again and am telling everyone in my industry about my experience.

It was in good location.

Paying deposit for room in case damage, room was very basic nothing to damage no wardrobe to hang clothes or tea facility in room. Tv was not working.

The room was exactly what I was after. Clean, somewhere to sleep, with a decent shower.

The best part about the hotel was its central location to local amenities. There were a variety of shops nearby. Good transport links. Earls Court and Gloucester Road stations are within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower room/toilet was too small. There was no bedside table to place items on. I noticed what appeared to be a crack on the window of my room which had been taped over. As I had my curtain drawn most of the time, it was not really an issue.

Very disappointing stay. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was extremely small—far below acceptable standards. Shockingly, there was no drinking water or even cups in the room, forcing me to go down two floors just to get water in a tiny cup. Poor service and basic amenities missing. Would not recommend.

The location was excellent. One of the staff members (the man with glasses) was especially helpful and friendly. He was very kind and solved the problems we had with the radiator in a very professional and pleasant way.

However, the rest of the staff were not very attentive. We booked a room with a view, but we were given a semi-basement room with very little natural light. The bathroom had a strong and unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. The mattress was very worn and kept the shape of the body, which caused back pain after a few days.

Customer attention and friendliness. Very polite and helpful. Always willing to help.

Very small bathroom and a lot of stairs to climb.Still excellent value for money.

We paid for a room with air conditioning and after repeatedly asking for it to be serviced and repeatedly having it turned on for the staff to leave and it would shut off only moments later, it becameApparent that there was no real effort being made in regard to having it fixed. I repeatedly asked for even a fan to help move the damp air in the basement room and was told one was ordered and supposed to arrive for a couple of days in a row, we got nothing. The room was fairly clean but extremely small. Bathroom/ lieu was very tight with the sink over your lap while sitting and difficult to exit shower. Staff acts friendly but ultimately did not take care. I asked for a partial refund. And was told they will contact me via WhatsApp. Nothing. I had also requested a ground floor due to knee injuries, we arrived in England and there was no room as such for us. We had no where else to go, and had never been before and I took the lower level room as I didn’t realize things would only get worse from that point.

Staff at least acted as though they were kind but it appears to have just been a show to try and appease while I was there.

The price was okay for Chelsea district. Some of the staff were friendly. Deposit was refunded immediately. Free coffee machine at the reception

The room was tiny and the bathroom as well. The utility in bathroom almost been falling apart on pieces (tap as example). The whole building in some renovation state as some of the rooms. It feels like you spending time in some construction site in a tiny room. It felt almost depressing to be there.Deposit 40 GBP for god knows what (was returned which is a good moment) that can only be payed by card, not cash.

It not being safe or clean and not having friendly staff. Would not recommend as we had to leave 4 hours into our 6 day stay. Then was treated rudely when checking out even after thanking them for their services. And a big one again extremely unsafe from the staff treatment to the hotel set up and the room set up. Staff was acting like they were being forced to help guests not really wanting to. Think this hotel needs to be taken off booking.com
