Staff were helpful and friendly. The whole building was clean and fresh smelling. The bed was comfortable.

A mirror with a shelf in the bedroom, would have been handy. Also maybe a chest of drawers.

Location is convenient

There was a dead cockroach in the mug next day. The room is super small. I can’t not adjust the temperature of water from the shower looks no cold water coming out.

The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly, letting us leave our bags for a few hours after check out.

The beds aren't very comfortable and are very squeaky so we struggled to get much sleep.

Very close to the train station, quite a few restaurants and shops nearby nearby. The room is fully loaded comes with a tea kettle, cutlery, plates, slippers, plenty of towels, pillows, and body products. Towel service was done daily as well. And the mini fridge had two bottles of water in it.

My room - 403 - was very tight, there was no shelf for me to put my clothing on. And the soundproofing was not great. I did not mind hearing the train behind the building. However, the hallway noise was a bit more frustrating, but overall the other guests were quiet

The location was nice and quiet at night compared to the busy city center. It was nice to return after a busy day in the center. There is a lift which was very convenient especially if you cary large suitcases. Bed was very comfortable and the little kitchenette was very convenient with tea, sugar, milk and instant coffee. An electric kettle, dinnerware and cutlery was also provided. In the bathroom wete toiletries which was very handy so we didn’t have to bring or purchase any for our short stay. Staff was very friendly.Our bed was made when we returned after a day, towels were replaced and tea was restocked so really nice. Hotel is walking distance from the station and has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Kensington highstreet is a 15 minute walk with a lot of nice shops.

The rainshower was a bit wobbly and the toilet seat was also wobbly so a little diy to make it top notch would be even better.

Very easy on-line check in and obtained the key very easily and quickly from very pleasant lady on the check in desk. Room was quite small but comfortable. Coffee and cleaning products in the room. Good price for the area. Close to underground and shops. We would definitely stay again the next time we go to the city.

Location is great.

The room was okay, but the blind was broken, and there was a wall with a window directly opposite mine (about one meter away), so people could see into my room at night. I had to hang a towel over the window to get some privacy.

Spacious room, with all the amenities. Super comfortable bed, clean and tiny!

It was quite noisy during the night at certain points, from the ground floor.

It was verg good value for money. I paid £.82.00 for 2 nights.Clean sheets - fluffy towels.Nice staff.

You can hear the underground. It stops around midnight and starts around 5.30.My advice: make sure you have a busy day. Walk a lot. Have a couple of drinks and a nice meal in the pub around the corner. Doze off around 11pm. Ignore the sound and you'll have a really great stay in London for a price you'll never gonna find again!

Near Earl’s Court station

Stayed here before. Was in Lower Ground floor, tubes were a bit noisy, toilet seat didn’t go up/down properly and bits of laminated floor were chipped and sharp.

The location is great, staff were so polite and willing to help at any time, room was always clean! Excellent value for money overall!!

No mirror anywhere in the bedroom. No shelf or ledge or anything in the bathroom to put toiletries and no hooks, pegs or rail to hang towels - ridiculous!We were in G2, person above tramped around all night. Tube noises, lift noises.
