Cons -
- The hot water wasn’t always available, the heating not really working… didn’t like the old carpets in the room, not hygienic…
- Very small bathroom and there was no chair in the room and no place to hang your towels.
- Very noisy could hear upstairs walking about and next door.

Nice location and close to Hyde Park and you can park your car in front of the hotel.
Very small bathroom and there was no chair in the room and no place to hang your towels.
Shower was really hot in the afternoon but not so in the morning. Bed was comfortable.
Very noisy could hear upstairs walking about and next door.
Lift was the worst, always faster to walk the stairs. Floors were moving noticeably when stepping on the certain parts (in front of the bed, toilet pot)
The location of the hotel is the best feature - very close to Paddington station (so both metro and train access in less than 5 mins walk).Nice, safe and calm neighbourhood.Close proximity to Hyde park and the Italian gardens.Quite decent size of the triple room for London and comfortable beds and pillows.Hot water any time and very good bathroom cleanliness. The towels were changed every day.
Overall, I would say that the hotel does not match its 4-star rating, but one should get it when booking for a lower price. The hotel needs a total refurbishment (carpets, doors, wallpapers, air conditioning) and investments in quality. The breakfast was quite basic full English and its organization felt like an amateur performance. In any case the hotel works for short stays, especially if you return only to sleep.
Location is good
They gave me a room with a shower that doesn’t work. It leaks dirty water. When I asked them to fix it I had to wait a long time. Then they said it was fixed. The next day they came back and told me not to use the shower because it’s broken. Terrible service.
The staff were very nice.it was well located and easy walk to paddington
Paddington is an expensive area but for £160 a night it was very basic. Kettle and cups but no coffee tea or anything to put it in....I asked about breakfast and was told it was £12.50 so when I decided to avail if same next morning it was £16 because I hadn't ordered night before..this said it was very basic . Also TV has no Netflix etc as my 12 year old daughter and I were in quite early in the evenings... Bathroom dated.towels quite small... Beds were comfortable and we did sleep well.... In summary it was expensive but likely standard in area... No frills.nice staff and it felt safe
Lights in my room were completely broken, elevator was a disaster with how slow it was, there were people and luggage all throughout the lobby for no reason, a woman was sleeping in the stairs, the fire alarm went off in the early morning, my door kept getting stuck, there was broken glass outside my window, the cleaning crew was extremely loud all throughout the property, etc. etc. etc .... truly was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This hotel is rated as a 4-star!?!? Its a 1-star max.
Nothing. This hotel is not even open. They claim they aren't taking reservations due to 'major maintenance issues' yet they are still taking reservations and full payment.
When we arrived we were informed we couldn't stay there. I booked and paid for the accommodation 11 months ago and kept receiving updates, confirmations and reminders up to 30 minutes before we arrived. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She said booking.com should have transferred us. I contacted booking.com - I was kept on hold for 38 minutes before they ended the call. I organised my own alternative accommodation and emailed booking.com several times. As yet, I haven't received any correspondence or a refund. Not good enough.
The location close to Paddington Station and the Elizabeth Line is good. Our room was cozy, but clean and well equipped. There was a wardrobe with hangers and a safe in it, a folding luggage rack, a small fridge coffee and tea supplies and a kettle as well as three bottles of water, tissues, a hair dryer.
Small room, but comfy, clean and well priced! Great location.
All good
Location was fantastic and the people working there are lovely.
The decor was dated and not at a good standard. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable and the room much too warm despite turning on the A/C which did not help at all.
Great staff Easterna Stella riddhi Valee and Tamara they treat the guest as their family I really feel like I am at home
Room are clean very convenient to the Paddington station professional staff Easterna Valee riddhi Stella Jeana and Tamara
The location was really good. It was about a 2-3 minute walk from Paddington Station. There were shopping malls and markets nearby, and there were restaurants where you could taste food from various countries, so it was convenient and nice. The hotel staff were also very friendly. Thanks to Stella's consideration, all 10 of us had a happy and enjoyable time.
Close to train station._
Room was absolutely freezing, heating not on and bad windows.
Great location. Small, but clean and comfy!

Tamara and Valee were super helpful and friendly. Room was available since 7am. Got upgraded. Complimentary water, biscuits, tea and coffee.
