    Pros +

    • Great decor, location good, comfortable beds, warm, tea/coffee in room, tv easy to use, good amount of hanging/storage space, good value for money
    • Great location, clean, comfortable, really good value for money with very helpful and friendly staff that made for an excellent stay.
    • Great place for a 3 night break in London. Close to Earls Court tube station (5 minutes walk), where 20 minutes ride takes you to the heart of the West End and close for Kensington Palace etc.Decent buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds and reasonably quiet location. Great value for money, don't expect a 5 star hotel!

    Cons -

    • The window wouldn’t close so had noise of traffic all night therefore less sleep. Lots of paint pots around stairs that could be hidden when not being used.
    • Nothing really
    • The shower itself doesn’t fit in the cubicle right it spills water all over the floor. Toilet seat broke and blind on window hanging off

The location is great- being near the Earl’s Court Tube Station is wonderful

The room was tiny- I could not open my suitcase except to put it on the bed. The bath room was cramped/ no A/C only a small fan. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Few amenities- no closet

    7JackPosted on: 1-17-2026

Location very good. Few mins walk.to earls court station , cheap and cheerful place.

Water didnt work in the morning, lots of banging around above from other guests,

No frills but clean, nice room and bathroom. Just what was needed for a one night stay.Bed was comfortable and room warm. Also was pretty quiet as room was at the back of the property.

Breakfast selection even though adequate could have had a bit more selection.

    7LauraPosted on: 12-30-2025

Friendly reception staff, lovely hot shower. We stayed in a family room and it suited our needs well and was close to Empress where we had tickets for a show.

London hotel prices have all gone up a lot at every star rating, so it’s hard to determine value at the moment.

    Good location and pleasant rooms

A bit pricey like everywhere in London

    3PaulPosted on: 12-23-2025

It is in nice location when we found it close 2 earls court tub

Bed was not comfortable mirror light in bathroom did not work. Bathroom not very well literally. And room was very hot

    10JenniferPosted on: 12-17-2025

The staff were friendly and attentive. The beds was super comfortable.

The windows had gaps around the wood and the sill allowing for very cold air into the room.

    7JohnPosted on: 12-17-2025

    Location

Breakfast room and service area too small

    4SilviaPosted on: 12-15-2025

Breakfast was adequate but the dining room was cramped, not nearly big enough for all the people. Food was cheap. The room was sufficiently comfortable but with the shower not working. We got the impression that the shower was a pre-existing problem.

Shower only gave freezing cold water. Staff said they tried to help but didn’t really help at all as it seems that it is regular problem when the hotel is full. We asked for a shower in another room but that was cold too.Breakfast was adequate but the dining room was cramped, not nearly big enough for all the people. Food was cheap. We got the impression that the shower was a pre-existing problem. Some staff didn’t even apologise saying they also didn’t have hot water in the kitchen. Maybe electric showers could be an option if the capacity of cylinder is limited for when they are fully booked.Cramped dining room, basic, cheap breakfast.

When evaluating this hotel, the price should be taken into account. For the amount paid, the accommodation can be considered decent. The main advantages are the good location, a well-maintained bathroom, and the affordable price.

My room was small and located in the basement. The furniture is old, and in some places cleanliness was lacking. The breakfast is very modest and below expectations. It was also sometimes very noisy. In the room next to mine, a girl slammed the door loudly at 4 a.m., as if she were alone in the hotel, with no awareness that most people are asleep at that time. It was very unpleasant and inconsiderate. After that, I couldn’t fall asleep again. I hope she made it to her flight on time.

Very good central location, close to the tube station and very friendly staff. Super easy access to the building and room. All perfect

    8ClairePosted on: 12-7-2025

10min walk from nearest tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags until check in. Room was comfortable and clean and had all facilities you needed. Breakfast was continental but had alot of variety.

We would have preferred a full English breakfast option, but it didn't ruin our stay. Everything else was good.
