The Staff were all really helpful, happy and accommodating.

Our room - we selected a deluxe room, yet we were below ground and the room was not the deluxe, with fraying carpets and wonky cupboard doors.

Decent location. Quiet.

Shower was not working properly. Room was very small.

The first room stank of damp. So we had to be moved.

Room was on the lower ground floor and was a Deluxe Room. Not sure it was truly a “deluxe” room. It was very nice but a bit cold and nothing amazingly special. We struggled to get the air con heater to warm it enough.

Staff were exceptional and could not have done enough for us. We were warmly greeted by Geetha, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, and the room was lovely — comfortable and exceptionally quiet, which is quite unusual for London.

Reception staff were very friendly and the reception area was well appointed. Breakfast was great

Our room was ok. The bed was comfortable but the chest of draws was tired and broken which did not look good. The view from the window was terrible and the noise of the air conditioning units was not good

Excellent location very helpfull staff. Provided balloons and a beautiful towel arrangement cakes , balloons and freee drinks tokens for my sons birthday .Free upgrade to room also . Will return

I stayed here in Jan 26 while travelling with my son. We had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and well maintained, which made coming back after a long day in London especially comfortable and relaxing.The hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that worked very well for travelling with a kid. Everything felt smooth and easy throughout our stay.A great option in a convenient location, and somewhere I’d happily stay again.

There was 1 electrical point on the dressing table that wasnt working. Small matter though.

They tried to charge me a number of times after I had paid for the room and thankfully there wasn’t enough in the account or they would have taken £578 3 times!! They also tried to charge me for room service 3 times.

Great location, staff and restaurant

Standard rooms are small and older. I was kindly upgraded and highly rate the newer, more superior rooms.

The location is truly excellent. Being so close to the British Museum is a major advantage, especially for families with children. Almost everything you might need—cafés, shops, pharmacies—is right around the corner, and many central attractions are within a pleasant 15-minute walk. Public transport access is also very convenient.We chose not to include breakfast, mainly because there are plenty of great breakfast spots nearby—London does not disappoint in that department.A thoughtful bonus: the hotel offers umbrellas that you can use for up to 48 hours, which is a small but very practical gesture in rainy London. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout the hotel, and the staff were consistently polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The room size was the main challenge. For a family of three, the room felt quite cramped—there was barely space to open suitcases, and once they were open, moving around the room became something of a strategic exercise.Hot water in the shower takes a long time to arrive in the evenings, which unfortunately means a noticeable amount of water is wasted before it gets warm.If you visit in winter, be prepared for a slightly cool room. The heating system does not allow temperatures above 26°C, so those who prefer a very warm room might find this limiting.

Breakfast was lovely staff were really nice.

For a superior room is wasn’t as nice as expected. No blind in the bathroom so you shower right against the window. Window in the room didn’t shut properly

Cleanliness.

Not enough cups / tea / coffee facilities for the family room. Charged for two bottles of water that were not in the room.

The staff were very helpful, however there were 2 staff members who were exceptional, Geetha and Hamid. Thank you for your warm welcome and helpful attitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The standard rooms are small however, do not compromise on quality and cleanliness.

Enough to know I’ll

Room noisy on both sides. Showers heard paper thin walls. Curtains Terrible allowed the sun in even when closed so sunrise it beamed in.
