Lift was broken and room was on 4th floor

Nice location close to Tube Bayswater, Hydepark, nice restaurants and cafes and several buses. Sufficient breakfast and nice people at the reception. You can leave your luggage in a locked room for several hours after check-out.

The single rooms have very small bathrooms. In the photos they only show the bathrooms of double rooms. I should have been suspicious because there are no photos shown of the bathrooms of the single room. Therefore I will provide some, so you can see for yourself if this is big enough for you. I brushed my teeth outside the bathrooms trying to stay over the sink. The sink is too low when you’re standing in the bathroom. I had a single room on the ground floor, so the water of the shower was warm and had a good pressure. My friend on the 3rd floor in his single room had no such luck: cold water and not enough water pressure in the morning.

The location was excellent and the staff was great. Beds were super comfy.

Nothing really. The rooms get really warm but that can't be helped in the winter with everyone running heaters.

Staff is nice, Location is good, closer to many restaurants and two tube stations.

Rooms and toilets are very tiny, No facial tissues and no complimentary water bottles were provided. Everyday is with same small breakfast.

The location was ideal, and the neighborhood is fantastic.

The tv in our room pawn’s mounted properly, and the cable attachment in the back kept falling out. Breakfast was good, but wish we could have had more coffee in the morning.

location is in a very beautiful part of bayswater set in a square well located to Queensway and Bayswater stations and Hyde Park and very close to Notting Hill. Lots of great restaurants and cafes. Safe, and nice to walk around. I would recommend it here over Soho or somewhere else central every day of the week.

It's nothing fancy, but that is more than ok. It is clean, calm, and wonderful staff!

Great stay, solid for few nights to stay over just for sleep. Room is small, but enough for 2 people.

No dislikes, breakfast is limited, but enough to get you trough the first part of the day (ham, cheese, toast, fruit, jams, butter and coffe)

Excellent location. Close to tube stations. Clean, safe area.

Too hot. Realised the following morning I could have turned the radiator down to a lower setting.

The bathroom should be better maintained but overall it was fine.No bin in the room but only in the bathroom, wired!

Clean room, good location within Bayswater

The elevator stopped working on our 2nd day. It was difficult to carry 2 heavy luggages down from the 5th floor, with elderly parents. Luckily we stumbled upon the lift maintenance stuff and they helped to bring our suitcases down with the lift.

Clean, large comfortable room

Limited times for breakfast, and was nkt informed of breakfast arrangements upon check in, this had to be chased.

Lift was sketchy when we were on it, then stopped working later on in the night

Lovely quiet location. Short distance from tube station. Easy check-in. Average value for money.

Room very warm - unable to turn radiators down. Noisiest shower ever! Two twin beds pushed together was fine, but duvet didn't fit the new layout! Continental breakfast was not 'exquisite' as advertised.... Very basic. Small dining room which gets very busy.

The Location, cleanness and the staff were so helpful.
