New Linden hotel

Room was marketed as 4-star, but it was incredibly small with an even smaller shower making a mess, a single very small table, no Air Conditioning, paper thin walls will slamming doors, noise and loud creaky floorboards all night, no�filtered�water. BadEx

Decent location, not close to main city but close to train station so if you want to go clubbing not the stay for you

Dirty. Loose tiles. Dust, broken tiles, outlets that didnt work, lamps that werent plugged in, frayed towels and bath mats, stained cushions

We reserved a single room for one night. When we arrived and entered the room, it was extremely cold. We immediately called reception and asked for assistance. A staff member came and turned on the heating, but the room did not warm up at all.We waited for approximately two hours, but the temperature in the room remained very cold and uncomfortable. It was impossible to stay in those conditions. We eventually packed our bags and went to the reception to inform them that we wanted to leave the room because it was too cold.We were told that they could not heat the room any faster. Additionally, the manager on duty was very unprofessional and unhelpful in her communication. She did not show any willingness to assist us or offer a solution to the problem.Overall, we had a very disappointing experience at your hotel. We only stayed for two hours, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience.We kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate response regarding this situation.

Excellent location, Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Good beds, spacious Rooms and daily review of room service regarding needs (ie: towels, soap....)

Amazing location, super clean spacious rooms with such a comfy bed. Most decent priced hotel we could find with a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Will definitely be back.

Cheapish for time of year and a reasonable location

Nowhere was I warned to bring ID. Luckily my wife had her driving licence. Our bed was 2 singles pushed together. My half was on a tilt to the middle, resulting in an comfortable night’s sleep. Nice hot powerful shower, but went everywhere!

Arrived at the hotel before check in time but the hotel allowed us not only go to our room but also upgraded us to a nicer room. Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location as a less than 20 minute walk from Paddington Station, less than 10 minutes to Hyde park/kensington Gardens and only a few minutes from Queensway & Bayswater Tube stops.

The location is convenient - there are two underground stations nearby and nice coffee shops at a walkable distance. The room was very cosy and comfortable.

It was clean, got checked in nice and simple and all facilities were in good condition. Water pressure was amazing and heated up really quickly. Bed was super comfy.Stored our luggage safely in reception so we could explore London during the day.Location is great!! It’s a quiet area so a peaceful nights sleep but not far away from the liveliness of London and a tube station that gets you to popular London hotspots quickly.Note: this is limited to our room, I cannot speak for anything else as we did not have breakfast or use communal facilities.

Maybe some chipped paint if you’re fussed, but wouldn’t really call that a negative as everything worked well, was clean and didn’t hinder our experience.

Comfy room, quiet location.

Service at reception on arrival - very dismissive of my request to change into a different outfit asap - sent to a basement toilet!! The light went off periodically, whilst in there. Just a horrible first impression. As a solo female, I didn't feel welcome at all. The male on Reception barely looked up from his computer!!

Good area.

Staff wasn't welcoming at all at check in. I booked two nights separately and paid for both nights at check in. They woke me up by calling my room and hanging up on my face the next morning because I assume they thought I was to check out despite it was stated in their system I was staying two nights which I already paid for. The next morning I was 20 minutes late for check out and the staff came into my room unlocking the door without even knocking on the door. The room was insanely small so I barely managed to open my suitcase and when I did that I had to jump up and down the bed as there was no way to walk to the other side of the room.Bathroom was dirty with the previous guest's used up soap and shower gel lying around open in the shower area.Also room was in the basement floor, which wasn't specified at booking.com when I booked it.
