Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel

Nice location.

Wasn?t informed prior to arrival of current remodel in progress. Needs remodeling. No refrigerator in room.

Location Tiago is an excellent concierge. Both Tiagos.

The elevator and stairs but the building was built in 1860 and it might not originally have been meant to be a hotel for 21st century tourists.

Too much inconsistency with rooms. Some have a/c, some don't. Double bed in one room can be a different size in another. WIFI is the worst, hardly ever working and extremely slow.

The location was great. Close to the tube station and great part of town

The room was tiny and had peeling wall paper. Also a tile fell off of the shower wall!! The did not fix it! The room next to us was drinking and smoking and being really loud all night and the front desk did nothing about it!

hotel needs remodeling, floor's hall carpets are really dirty, balcony door's paint is dirty, bathroom is ok.. make sure to ask for higher floor, otherwise they'll give you a basement room

The room was in the basement. Many stairs. Smell of cigarette in the hallway. There was no hot water during our stay and there is no AC. The bathroom facilities were clean, but the toilet was not working properly. Tables by our window (loud clients).

Everything!!! Location of room was ridiculous up 30 stairs across a hall down 10 steps elevator down one floor it was at ground level noisy all nite long!!! People less then nice

Staff was very helpful and professional. The Malaysian restaurant attached was very good.

The sparkling cleanliness and the lovely staff, especially the night guy, made staying here an absolute dream. And the location was an absolute dream. Fabulous value for money ... I LOVED it!!! I'll be back.

Central location, very close to the Bayswater tube station and close enough to the Queensway station. Lots of eateries in the vicinity, including some good Chinese restaurants and a popular Malaysian eatery. The outer facade of the hotel looked nice. It had an elevator, only one small one for the whole hotel, but at least that saved us from having to lug up our luggage.

We knew before booking that the room was small, but due to poor layout, the room felt even smaller. There was hardly any space to move. We had to take turns to open our luggage bags. On our first night, the body wash dispenser failed to work and the hairdryer was misplaced. Shows poor housekeeping discipline. The elevator is really small and quite slow. Without luggage, we would just use the stairs.

Too small. No fridge. Ready to eat food that I brought from msia cannot stay long.
