Didn’t bother me at all but could be an issue for accessibility/mobility as single room on top floor with lots of stairs.

The wall is so thin till i can hear the “ snoring “ from other room

The staff were nice, Maria and Rojina were very helpful and friendly.

There were no Elevators, so unless you don't mind going up the stairs then it will be a good place to stay in.

The receptionist was so professional and very welcoming, also very attentive to detail I gave her the nickname ' Rosie ' also very attractive

I didn't like the window was facing the other building so they could see everything, I didn't mind .

The location was good and staff was doing their best. There are some restaurants and shops near by.

The toilet system in the hotel is interconnected. If somebody flushes in a top floor, you could see the excrete materials in your toilet. We initially thought, cleaning staff had not cleaned. Then when we stayed couple of days, we figured out that, the excrete from the other toilets appear in our toilet due to a very bad and stupid sewage connection. It was awful to be honest. And there is no proper air cleaning or air entrance system to the room. so, you have to open the door in the washroom and the window in the washroom. So, imagine , while we open the door over the night, somebody's excrete and urine end up in our toilet. ewk

Suresh was very kind and helpful with our needs. We asked to keep our bags for a few hours after check-out.Was a very good help.

The room was located at the ground level. Would be nicer to stay at a higher level to have some view to the street..

No A/C, and It was hot and stuffy. The bed was extremely firm and not comfortable, and only had two pillows.

The people at reception were friendly and helpful. They were generous with coffee/tea supplies. My room was clean and larger than I expected. Bed was fine. Updated Shower and hot water was great! Close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Food and shopping was one street away. The price for London was a good value.

Beside the new shower and great tea kettle, every thing else is pretty tired and worn out. There is no furniture in the room. No chair, drawers, luggage rack, no safe. This is a very basic hotel. There was noise from apartment building in back of hotel in the middle of night. Having white noise from an ipad was helpful. Hotel was not as close to Paddington as I thought. The walk there with luggage is a busy and “bumpy” street.

Hygiene, basic standards, cleanliness.

Only downfall is that there was no parking not even nearby it had to be paid for

I would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Location was excellent, close to underground stations. I want also to thank Maria the receptionist who was able to solve a problem related to my room calmness, she was able to change the room considering my requirement, thanks for her kindness in extending the stay and for offering a secure place to keep my luggage after I checked out. Absolutely Maria was wonderful and professional customer service manager.
