The Z Hotel Tottenham Court Road

Really great location perfect for exploring London, close to tube stations. Free tea and coffee in the room and the bathroom was a nice size. Comfortable bed.

I expected the room to be small but there was barely enough room to move. Our room was basically in the cleaning cupboard. The blind was blackout which was great however had several rips in places that let the light in. There was a constant noise overnight that sounded like heating or the fan but nothing was on so we couldn't figure out what it was. One light in the room didn't turn off, and the TV kept turning itself off.

I stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned once throughout my stay.

Good location. Rooms were nice and clean. Slept well

Compact ultra modern room with everything you need and lovely peppermint hand and shower gel. Cafe on 1st floor and reasonably priced breakfast although I didn’t have time for it. Welcoming staff even after midnight who were kind enough to print a vital document for me in the morning

The location of Z Hotel Poland St is fantastic for a stay in Central London, with all relevant shops, restaurants and meeting locations being in walking distance. The room and facilities were adequate for the price.

The option for 'storage' is extremely limited. Having two suitcases and a cabin luggage made it impossible to store them underneath the bed. It would be great to have more options for storing personal items.

Great location for theatres and shopping. also near to numerous underground stations. Room wasn't big but fine for our purposes - just to sleep and get changed. Very clean and bed was very comfortable, hubby loved the huge TV at the bottom of the bed. Also nice to be able to make morning cuppas without getting out of bed! Everything on bedside table. Very quiet room on night time. Shower room was good, water hot. Didn't use the cafe/bar but looked like a nice space to have a drink before bed. We would stay here again.

Location is perfect for soho carnaby street and Oxford Circus areas Plenty of shops restaurants make convenience stores

Room small, I was solo so was fine but I think a couple might struggle with the space for more than a few nights

Fantastic location, out exploring all day so doesn’t matter that it’s a bed and a bathroom in a cupboard. Maybe not ideal if you’re super claustrophobic but did all I needed it to do. Staff were friendly and informative.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable but my partner found it fine for him as he prefers a firm mattress. Again though, for the price and the location I really don’t want to even complain about it

Excellent location to get into Soho and around 5 minutes walk to the Piccadilly theatre.

Pillows on the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and not full sized. Also stayed In room 511 so was right next to the cleaners cupboard so wasn’t great after a night out to be woke up by cleaners talking and trolley noise from around 6am.

They do beautiful pizza in there café, and there's a very lovely Caribbean girl who works there who's really friendly

The reception staff were a bit frosty with me, but I don't think I was dressed smart enough for such a posh area.

Constant mechanical noise.

Location was perfect for the palladium, the bed was very comfortable, air-conditioning just the right temperature, shower was hot, room was really quiet, different lighting was great, blackout blinds were superb, reception staff were lovely.

The television in my room wasn’t working. Very small packets of just two biscuits, say, would have been nice and a face cloth with the towels.

Brilliant location for shopping in London. Lots of places to eat in the area.

Noisy during the night on Saturday night.
