Room 103 - bedroom closest to front door has extremely noisy water pipes above it that woke me multiple times overnight even with ear plugs.

Nothing much and wouldn’t stay again.

Thin walls, can hear everyone and everything. Was put on 8th floor and rooms far apart so not ideal for family of 5 and young kids. Receptionists didn’t know what they were doing and took approx half an hour to check us in. Only to then give us the wrong key to one of the rooms. Due to this mistake, we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to bring us a new key! Also, was told that a cake has not been organised for me, as requested but found some cupcakes and balloons in the room. I was charged through holding deposit £30 but feel they should have waived this for all the inconvenience. Tube station is around 10-15 mins walk.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, lovely staff, Tesco just next door

No restaurant

Hotel was lovely, good location, 10min walk to train station to anywhere. Room was spacious. Had 2 room suite for 2 adults 3 kids. Breakfast was very good and something for everyone.

Could not fault anything

Very good breakfast and perfect location. The bedroom was super comfy.

Cleaning under the sofa bed can be improved.

The staff here are brilliant, the hotel was super busy with it being school holiday week. Breakfast was absolutely crazy yet they were so well organised and communicating well that they handled peak times perfectly. Fresh hot food was coming out to restock the breakfast all the time. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. We checked in early too which was great. Location is about 10 mins walk from Earl’s Court tube station and there is a Tesco superstore next door, so if you don’t fancy dining out you can cook jn your room. Also the local Italian does room service which is ideal. Once again all the staff here from check in to check out are so keen to please and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The rooms are well used so are showing some signs of this, nothing to worry about though. Everything worked pretty well and there are instructions for the appliances etc.

The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Marriott. Everything very bland and tasteless from olives, harsh brown and scrambled eggs. There was a nice lady called” Happy “that was a waiter there and was most nice and pleasant, she managed to get some fried eggs for me.

I had booked 3 rooms on 2 of them people got locked in the bathroom. In one room 434 I head to call for help. Dust on picture frames and bathroom doors.

Staff were great and the breakfast had a good selection of choices available

Room was smaller than anticipated and not set up for the family of 3 booked for. Room was also a little dirty and had cracked floor tiles in the bathroom which could have been dangerous to step on. Bathroom latch also didn’t work so privacy was a challenge.

Breakfast was great, but very crowded. Loved the laundry area! Big supermarket very close by. Also public transport easy and close.

Door to the room next to so close (about 1m apart) opposite to ours and could hear our neighbours going in and out all night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy spacious room.Quiet even considering the location.

Queues for the lifts and breakfast during peak time was lengthy. Quality of the breakfast, coffee, fruit juice could have been better but considering the price was good value for money.

The room was tiny and I couldn’t open the wardrobe door. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place and kept sliding out of position. There were marks and scuffs on our walls- a little wear and tear showing. Slightly bad smell.

Close to Earls Court underground. We had a two bedroom room with living room and kitchen which was great. Big Tesco just up from the hotel. Restaurants close by. Breakfasts also great and plenty of everything to choose from.

There were no mirrors near sockets, had to dry my hair and straighten it in the reflection of the TV.

Clean, good size rooms, excellent staff

The hotel was in a good location, only 10 min walk to the nearest underground station. The studio room was clean and had good facilities even though there were issues with them (see cons below)

The TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn off permanently. After pressing the off button on the remote, it would switch itself back on after 10 minutes as if on a timer. We proceeded to leave the TV on overnight and turn the volume down to 0 as we couldn't turn it off. However at about 3am the TV blasted at a high volume and woke us up, very strange.The AC unit also didn't work and it was really warm during the night.Our room was right next to the lift and we could hear this dinging whenever someone was using it, as well as loud chatter from people waiting for the lift.In the morning, although the breakfast was decent, the staff were a little overbearing. They were very friendly and welcoming. but were forcing conversation. One of the waiters asked us to give a review, which we planned to do anyway, but waited as we scanned the QR code and were trying to tell us what to press and asked to mention the restaurant manager's name in a positive review, who we didn't meet. Clearly they've been asked to encourage reviews but this felt very uncomfortable.I had high expectations for Marriott Bonvoy as we stayed in another hotel in New York last year which was great, but this hotel had too many issues for us so reconsidering booking another.
