    Pros +

    • The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
    • Facilities (furniture, bedding, carpet, shower) are new. Centrally located and very close to Earl's Court tube station.
    • The staff tried to be helpful under difficult circumstances. The location is convenient for public transportation and getting around London. The restaurants in the area are OK. It was very easy to walk to the Underground and get a direct train to Heathrow

    Cons -

    • The room was extremely warm and stuffy. You cannot control the air conditioning setting which made for an extremely uncomfortable nights sleep.
    • After returning from my day out, I found my room door had been left open (not unlocked, visibly open) by cleaning staff. Hotel management confirmed this by looking at security cameras. No compensation other than excuses and one free drink.
    • The property was in the midst of construction and not fully ready for guests. I did not accept the first room I was given for that reason. The second room was acceptable but I had to walk around construction debris and down treacherous stairs to reach it.

I liked the proximity to the tube. The daytime front desk staff were very professional and courteous.

It was a small room but comfortable for just one person. The shower was very tiny so be creative and use the handheld nozzle.

It's convenient locality for our purpose

We have already complained to you. The hotel claimed you had not forwarded our hotel booking payment so they blackmailed us to either pay again, on the evening (for a lower standard room) or find alternative accommodation. We await a refund from you

    Location

Hotel under renovation. No F&B. WiFi not working. Elevator down for one day. Stairs covered in cellophane. Room and shower way too small. Staff overwhelmed. Phone not answering. Not near a 4 star. 2 star at best.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-15-2023

    Location was all.

This hotel was in no visible way a Best Western as advertised with the exception of a typed paper on the door. The rooms were incredibly small and I got stuck in the elevator.

    Great location.

So one one nights the lift was not working I do struggle with getting up stairs. Also with the building work I didn't appreciate drilling outside the door at 8:30am but apparently from that it was ok.

The staff members towards the end of our stay were nice.

Everything. We were not informed prior to our arrival that the hotel was under extreme construction. There was no lobby, and the ceilings were completely open to wires and construction materials. The rooms were super small, the toilet was 3 in. From wall.

This hotel was very close to the metro station and accessible to places to eat in town as well as the soccer stadium.

The hotel is under complete construction. We were woken up in the morning with hammering or stomping. It was so dusty and walking up to the 4th floor stepping on coverings covered in dust. It was very loud, busy, and not clean. We werent Even offered H20

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was under renovation.I am disabled and the elevator was not working.I had to climb many stairs. There was no food available. The room was extremely small. The construction workers were banging hammers all day.I felt unsafe with the flimsy latch.

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-17-2022

    Location

To begin with it was absolutely not 4 star hotel. The rooms were old standard 2,5-3 star rooms. No minibar, no hairdryer. No restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast served. No lounge area. Plus the whole hotel is a construction site.

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-27-2022

Location, cleanliness, bathroom was a bit tight though.

I waz told checkout time was 12, since I asked at checkin. I was getting my stuff ready around 11:20, when everyone starts panicking. Call from reception, housekeeping knocking multiple times on my door, etc. Would be better if there's a call earlier

    2DarrenPosted on: 10-16-2022

    Location

Unfortunately the place was under dramatic construction. Scaffolding over the front, no real reception area, no dining or business facilities, regular construction noise. The room is very small; TV hanging directly over furniture; Must move it regularly

Absolutely awful. Tried ringing you to discuss but your automated system failed. Hotel under complete refurbishment we were put in a ground floor room next to a make shift lobby where the staff voices kepts us awake. The room was incredibly tired and dir

    EXCELLENT LOCATION

ROOMS TOO SMALL, LESS HOTEL STAFF,

    3ViktorPosted on: 6-6-2019

    Location and low price

Tiny room; tiny shower that leaked on the floor; room smelled; uncomfortable mattress

    6JillPosted on: 5-24-2019

Close to tube.staff very helpful. Breakfast good

My room was on basement level. Very small and cannot see it being four star rating. Carpet could do with steam clean or upgrading. Toiletries need improving and hand basin needed cleaning.

    6Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-28-2019

    Location

Plumbing was dreadful. Tub backed up and did not drain. After several calls and 2 showers up to the rim maintenance finally came. Then the sink backed up and leaked. Fixed backup but not leak. Housekeeping or front desk never did bring daily wash clothes.

    3SharokPosted on: 12-30-2018

Basement has been turned into ground level rooms by providing a window. Extremely tight room, and the window could not close on purpose by Managment in the cold , I guess because the room would smell otherwise...
