Everything. The rooms were amazing, beds so comfortable, staff fantastic and the spa was exceptional.

Four Seasons London Tower Bridge is the true definition of perfection. From the moment I arrived, everything was simply flawless. The service is world class and the staff genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel cared for, and every request is met with warmth and professionalism.The spa is exceptional, beautifully designed, calming, and run by true experts. Room service was impeccable, with every dish delivered perfectly presented and full of flavor. Even the smallest details, the scent in the lobby, the comfort of the linens, the design touches, all come together to create a true sense of luxury.Without a doubt, one of the best Four Seasons hotels I have been.I will definitely come back again.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel at home right away. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. We also loved the elegant atmosphere and the perfect location near Tower Bridge.

I think the pool should have more adult hours or a separate pool just for children . There were kids in the pool the majority of the day we got there so we didn’t really get to use the pool enough which was a shame.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, and beautiful spa. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing weekend.

Although the breakfast choices were great and taste was fantastic, it was all just warm and not hot. We didn't arrive near the end of breakfast service, so I can't say it was that. Such a shame is that breakfast is not a cheap option. However, the overall stay was great, so we may just have been unlucky.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, located near Tower Bridge and close to the Central and District lines on the tube so all of London is accessible to you. The staff was so great, from the front desk and concierge teams to the housekeeping staff. What a gorgeous hotel, we will certainly be back. I had previously read some reviews that made it sound as if bringing a young child here might not be the best, but I can confidently say this hotel treated our 2 year old incredibly well, from all of the items they stocked in our hotel room, to the stuffed animal gifts in his crib, just an absolutely wonderful experience.

Wish there were more dining options but the Rotunda is so good this certainly isn’t a complaint.

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber.Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of.I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here.The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.

Honestly, just a small thing, no cast or streaming services allowed on the tv in the room, a bit off but nothing that can't be fixed quickly.

The credit card given couldn't be charged within the 3 days before arrival. Hotel staff demanded payment upon arrival.Not possible to pay online or with a credit card authorization form, which was very inconvenient for this booking.
