    • It’s the cheapest in London and it’s in Westminster next to the tube. Nice vibe w/ friendly staff
    • Location and safe area
    • The whole place is overcrowded and uncomfortable the staff try to keep it clean but it is not clean enough there is a risk of health and hygiene to people. There are too many beds and completely overcrowded. The dining area and kitchen needs desperately upgrading and it should not be open at all. The hostel should be shut down it is repulsive and not good for money. It smells damp and does nobody use air freshener,? This property is going backwards not forwards!

Great location and price. Comfy beds

Showers and bathrooms are small with no space to put your things. They could be a bit cleaner

    8NataliePosted on: 12-12-2025

Staff were very friendly and approachable. It is a short 15 minute walk to Victoria coach station and the area is safe to walk at night when I came back at 1:30am. Good for a quick one night stay.

No power socket next to the bed and there was none in my room to be found! My power tube was low and I ended up charging my phone at the airport.

its really nice, it has common areas and the kitchen is good, the location of the hostel is really central too.

that my dorm was in the last floor and there is no lift so i needed to think before going out of the dorm so i didn’t have like the need to go up again during the day

    4LeandroPosted on: 12-6-2025

    Staff was ok.

No lift and smells a lot. I recommend it for just one night. If strictly necessary

    3ZitaPosted on: 12-3-2025

The location was good and the price of the room was 40 GBP which is by far the lowest you can get in London.

I got a bed in a dirty and smelly room where you couldn't open the windows without having some object to keep them open, as the mechanism was broken. The mattress was thin and bed so squeaky. Whenever you move the whole room could hear you. The bathroom had a really bad stench so i went to shower in the upstairs bathroom which is super tiny with no space to leave your toiletries while showering. There was no electrical socket near ther bed or any night light. The only sink to brush your teeth was in the room and it had those 2 taps, one with scolding hot water and the other cold. The breakfast was ok for the price. All in all, i think i would give it a better grade had we gotten a better room, this one was just really bad.

Great location and friendly staff! The bathrooms were super tiny, no shelves in the showers to put stuff. It’s bare bones but a good deal for the location in London!

Tiny bathrooms, small showers, thin walls

I already knew the hostel and it was great to stay there again. The location is excellent — easy access to everything and in a very safe neighborhood. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for a few days!

The bathroom was not always as clean as it should be. It would be nice if the showers had some kind of shelf or space to place personal items while showering.

It's in a nice location, City of Westminster, Belgravia Street. Obviously, the best price in town. I had a very small private room. The place is cozy enough. Kitchen, laundry, entertainment room. Chill atmosphere. There's a nearby grocery store with plenty of items. There are a number of cafes, a small shopping center, a Starbucks, all in near proximity.

Given the price, there are small tradeoffs, cant complain.

Astor Victoria is quite central you can walk to Victoria and Pimlico underground stations to less than 10 minutes. Hostel interior has been renovated, house keepers even cleaned the walls they worked really tidy and well.

There is no proper heating/cooling system at the building, I stayed at 21.11.2025 and I felt really cold at the room, insulation wasn’t good there was one piece glasses and corner part was chipped so there was cold air flow through it. In the UK because of the energy bills property owners don’t hear the buildings well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was free which was helpful since I was moving from an hotel next door.

Bathrooms on the top most floor were out. That required going down two flights to make use of them. The showers were good but very snug.

    10KaitlynPosted on: 11-14-2025

Location was perfect, most of the staff were chill and helpful (minus the tall brunette who was incredibly rude!!), and the kitchen/dining areas were spacious and had all you needed. Luggage storage was very handy!

Had to climb seven flights of stairs (they called them “half-flights” but let’s be real…), and I’m a gym-goer, but that was ridiculous.

It’s a great place! Chill room and kitchen are great, amazing staff!

The bathrooms sink were really little

    9CristinaPosted on: 10-26-2025

Proactive and warm staff, the cleanliness of the bedroom. Also the washbasin in the bedroom was a plus.

The shower, there were only racks to hang towel and, with creativity, perhaps some dry clothes, but no soap dish or to place toiletries. Also the shower was really tall and cannot be adjusted, leading to splashing water even with the curtain on.

My second time here. The Staff was superfriendly and helpful. Place is super clean, beds comfy and again I met some really cool people, so shout out to Omar and Tobias if they're reading, cheers fellas! Also the location is great. Less than 30 minutes by walk to Trafalgar, Soho and you can't go from Astor Victoria to main centre without seeing Big Ben as it's along the way. Even the Buckingham Palace is near by. If you want to experience London, this is the best place to visit all of it's attractions.

    8YarentziPosted on: 9-23-2025

The location is quite convenient, even more if you’re traveling from/to Victoria stations. Receptionist were friendly and help me with some doubts about getting to the airport.

Bedroom, bathroom and bed were basic but clean. Consider there’s no lift, my room was in the 5th floor

    8TantienPosted on: 9-17-2025

The location, cost, and easy check in and check out.

The cleanliness was questionable but you get what you pay for

Nice people working there. Unbeatable location. Clean.
