Great location great staff

My bed had bed bugs that I visibly saw and I woke up covered In bites

The shower’s & bathroom are decent & clean, everything is worth the money except the mattress, the mattresses are terrible and gave me back pain

The mattress was terrible, my back literally hurt from staying on that bed for four nights

The location was the only good part

It was very dirty, toilet flooded, room smelled

Relatively quiet

Room is very small, no private bathroom,no elevator.

need repairs, there's a specific smell, we never realized what kind of smell there was.

Only bonus was private rooms

Dirty rooms, terrible gross showers, unclean toilets and no toilet paper.

Proximity to the train station was key!

The fire alarm system just outside the door beeped the entire night. Staff attempted to get it to stop, but we're unsuccessful. The soap dispensers at the toilet and shower were empty, and half of the light bulbs were burned out.The power outlet near the bed didn't work.

Location was great and security was pretty good with coded entry.

I didn't expect 5* accomodation for the price but the bed was soaking wet, both pillows and sheet. The window was wide ooen and could not be closed as it was attached to the (filthy) curtains in a complex hanging of cords. The shared toilet had no toilet paper and there was a pile of dirty laundry stacked up on the tiny landing that served three rooms. I slept fully clothed for as long as I could bear it before leaving as early as possible.

Location - just 3-4 minutes away from kings cross

Terrible mattress, mouldy ceilings, cleaning products left on the floor, some lights didn't work, opening the door for the toilet meant you couldn't get to the shower at the same time (I was one, but if you're two and one is in the shower, they can't open the door if the toilet door is open). Also, no sign of any humans in the premises on arrival

The location is great, the room size was okay and the separate bathroom and toilet to the bed room we good.

The toilet door didn't lock so had to hold it or it would open.. The shower head wasn't attached to anything so had to hold it to shower. The room was a little dirty and two of the lights didn't work. When you arrive if you're early and want to drop your bags you have to go to the next hotel along as its owned by the same people and the reception is there.

The decor was terrible, one socket was loose and dangerous. The showroom wasn't working. The one upstairs had a leak and was not working properly.

Close to King’s Cross train station

Very disappointing, completely different to the pictures, fire alarm was beeping saying there was a fault when we walked in, didn’t see any staff, the room was like a box, needed a deep clean

Simple and easy to use , codes checking in etc Fab location cheap as chips, good value in that sense perfect for sight seeing

Could have been cleaner

The only good thing about this accommodation is the location. I stayed there just for 1 night.Was cold, not very clean, and kind of gloomy atmosphere!

bed was very small for a double.doors were very noisy, very loud slamming every time someone came in or left neighbouring rooms.water was intermittent from sink, not always working. toilet/shower room was tiny.

shower leakage didn't responded however it has already complained since the first day i stayed, tv didn't work, room dirty.. look at under the bed ! , asked for towel replacement didn' response quickly.., the toilet locked with unclear reason,.

Kings Cross Station is located nearby, so it is easy to travel through London city.

The rooms are not suitable for accommodation. One room was very small with a tiny and slippery bathroom. Other room was bigger, but water was dropping from the ceiling (judging by the spot, it was not the first time) on our personal belongings. Also only half of the lamps was lighting in the bedroom and on the second day of stay the light in bathroom went missing. The sink was not usable in bathroom, because water ran through the sink onto the floor. Small thing, but the shower head holder was broken, so we had to shower by holding it in hand. The host was informed, but no action taken.

Location was very good it was only a 2 minute walk to all the trams and trains

There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bedroom and there was an alarm beeping in the hall all throughout the night it only turned off around 8 a.m.
