Delayed response to requests; no facial tissues provided

The room was clean and lovely and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the coffee shop! The staff was very helpful and responsive to every small request.

The rooms were clean, cute and large with lots of technology. However, over the 4 days we were there, no one checked in on us to see if we needed new towels, toiletries, etc.

Worst stay, terrible night staff

The staff are terrible. Churchill and Mohammed need training on simple hospitality. Hostile and very lazy staff. Terrible management overall. They were angry with me because I asked for an extra duvet because I was ill. Churchill had the audacity to shout in my face. The room was dirty and had stains everywhere. The bathroom smelled off sewage and the drain was making gurgling sounds. There were hairs all over the apartment upon check in. The lamp wasn’t working. The tv remote wasn’t working properly and the chrome cast wasn’t working at all. The whole room just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I’m sure it was an out of service room. Worst stay ever. I made a complaint, and the manager decided to ignore my complaints about the cleanliness and how two grown men were shouting at me at night. I felt very threatened.The manager Christian Balmer lied on me and supported the false claims of his incompetent staff members. If you like dirty hotels where you’ll get screamed at for asking for an extra duvet, then make a booking. Don’t expect any respect, it’s like a 1 star hostel. Booking.com was also not helpful, and I was not given a refund despite all my proof.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was simple but done well. Room was amazing and clean, really quiet yet cool location.

The staff were again amazing! Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice compared to others in the area.

The apartment was clean and well designed, very near the tube station, places to eat, a cinema, art gallery and interesting areas. There was someone on the desk at all times, so check in was fairly easy and they looked after my luggage on checkout day.

I needed to ask questions on the days before check in and couldn't get a reply, which made the lead up more stressful than it needed to be.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Felt safe and secure. Was put on 20th floor so we enjoyed a city view too. Perfect central location. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again. Cafe downstairs was delicious too - great coffee and vibes from the staff.

Upon checkin our toilet had water all over it, only one towel was provided but staff helped out well.

1. When we got in the apartment on the date of check in, there was a faulty bulb in the bedroom. And imagine, we had paid for early check in!!! By the time this got fixed, we lost the “early” check in we had paid for… 2. On the day of check out, access cards were cancelled well before check out time and we had to revert this at the reception. 3. I requested receipt for the payment after we left via booking. Booking responded by saying they have asked the property to send me the receipt and if I do not hear from them I shall contact them directly. I did contact them but the property NEVER responded to me despite my follow up emails. And I never got my receipt!

Beautiful apartment with living room and a kitchen and great city view. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The hotel is connected to a nice bakery. Good location

Problems with facilities. We had to change our room twice because of broken facilities.

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk from Aldgate East Station. The size of the room was amazing compared to most hotels in London and great facilities.

The bathroom extractor wasn't working :(

There was a constant sewage smell in the apartment which did not go sufficiently even if the airconditioning was switched on at maximum setting. The wifi signing in information did not work at all. I rang three telephone numbers that were given in case of problems each several times. I left a message on the ansaphone. No-one phoned back. I had work to do on my laptop which involves checking complex information on the internet. I had to do it on the mobile which was much more time consuming and I could not transfer graphs that I would have needed for my presentation next day.

Great location close to the tubs station. Great space, large room with well equipped kitchen for the price. We were also on a high floor which was great!

Few elevators for the number of guests, we were waiting awhile at times. Had some difficulty with the room temperature controls, could not get the heating on.

Clean and well presented. Close to lots of amenities.

Really liked everything, heard a dog barking for a bit even though I was on the 31st floor, but it didn’t disturb me too much.
