Leonardo Hotel London Aldgate - formerly Hotel Saint

Easy access to underground, and close walking distances to booked venues and sky garden.It was comfortable and secure, would stay again.Also, they made our anniversary special, including complimentary fudge!

Perfect, without any road or railway noise, excellent staff, extremely clean and well appointed. Not at all expensive in the bar or restaurant with excellent and friendly service.Adjacent to Aldgate underground station on the Circle line.

Nothing at all, but may be on the expensive side if full price is paid.

Great location, room with skyline view…

There was a fire alarm on Friday at 3am…the whole didn’t know what was happening. Lack of planning, good communication nor compensation. Also, for almost everything you had to pay (such as requesting adaptors). I expected the rooms larger, it was a bit small for two…

it was luxury yet affordable, the facilities were impeccable we were in love with the bathroom, and the staff were so accommodating even bringing us a fan when my girlfriend was hot in the middle of the night

the only thing i could think of is that one of the lifts was out of order so it took us a little bit of time to get up and down to our room, very minor downside

Our room was a bit hot and we couldn’t seem to get the temperature to go below a certain number.

Guys, we are regular visitors to the Saint, it is our home base in London. Great staff, friendly and helpful, excellent food at the Cardinal, perfect location and well priced, it is always a dream to be back with the Saint

Really lovely hotel with a great atmosphere — chic, classy, and clearly very well maintained. Everything felt spotless, and the location is superb: right next to Aldgate Tube, an easy and pleasant stroll to Liverpool Street, with a bus hub directly opposite. Add to that every convenience shop you could need just across the road, including a chemist a decent pub and an all-day breakfast café.

A modern, functional hotel. Very good location. The rooms have everything you need, clean, comfortable, and modern. The room I got was on the 12th floor, a corner room. I fell asleep and woke up with a view of London. An unforgettable experience. Thank you for making my birthday weekend so special.

Location was excellent- next door from Aldgate Underground and walking distance to sky garden. Gym was open 24/7 clean and equipment was just enough for good workout. Room was not large, however bed was big and comfy, and general cleanness for A+

On the day we arrived there was a lot of kids up to 22 years old- apparently there was party going on in roof garden. Kids was let in by same elevator as guests

Lack of choice for breakfast. A buffet would be better.

Location is great and conveniently next to a tube station. We stayed in a standard room but it was very spacious compared to other hotels we had stayed at in central London. The room was modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was quick and staff were friendly and helpful.

The aircon in our room was on and off they did send a technician up however was still abit faulty however didn’t effect our stay

Great location, right beside an underground station.Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very big and bathroom and shower were excellent.

Only downside was our double bed appeared to be two beds pushed together with a gap in the middle. Not a major problem, only a minor inconvenience.

The location couldn’t have been more ideal, attention to detail was amazing complementary bottles of water topped up after every clean and same as with toiletries, amazing spot would definitely recommend
