Hilton London Tower Bridge

The London Hilton Tower Bridge was very good. My king bed room was clean, comfortable, and modern. It was not small, but nor was it spacious and closet capacity is limited. The restaurant is actually good. Location is good, but not great. Good gym.

The TV viewing options were essentially nil unless you like free to air British TV.

Couldn’t check in until 30 minutes later which I was upset about as I wasn’t able to make my dinner reservations

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast had variety of different, high quality products. Location is amazing, hotel is located right by the Tower Bridge. Special thank you to Shaz who made my stay incredibly comforting.

One of the cups in the room wasn't cleaned properly and had some tea marks.

Location was great we had a boat party to attend at Butlers Wharf.Breakfast - was nice what we had tasted nice Bed was nice and comfortable and our room was nice and clean with a good view of the shard.

No room available when arrived which was a worry. Upgrade was sorted out which was good. Breakfast had no sausages no small spoons for coffee and no large plates leftI had booked the restaurant for dinner and when trying to change the time the booking system cancelled my table and when calling the restaurant they would not allow me to re-book was extremely disappointed for valentines meal it left us with no where to eat

Lisa at reception was very friendly & professional in her job . Got my WiFi sorted in no time at all. Room very clean & Brillant shower .

Heating in the room was way too warm , tried to adjust but didn’t work . Maybe just install a simple up/down , much easier & quicker.

The room temperature was a bit warm and the aircon didn't seem to make any difference. We had to have the window open at night which let some noise in from partygoers occasionally.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Large comfortable room. Excellent breakfast either buffet style or service. Good value for a 1 night stay

Breakfast chaotic, run out of all hot items, took over 20 mins to replace, no one in charge or overseeing. Coffe machine ran out of beans and milk so huge queue for other machine. Staff arguing behind food pass. Room we had was noisy as by the lift

I ordered poached eggs but they were not cooked long enough. Also the avocado was hard

Great location, not too big, very friendly and helpful staff, nice bar and the room was very comfortable and quiet at night. Plenty of facilities and not too expensive for the location.

Breakfast was expensive so went out locally instead, but as we didn’t eat there, I can’t comment on the quality

Dirty beds woke up with bed bites all over arms and forehead

It was close to the train station

The shower leaked all over the floor and you could smell the damp as it has penetrated the bathroom door. Bad slipping hazard.

Room location was amazing, had a brilliant view of the shard and the buskers outside the train station Room size and facilities were great. My husband’s company is situated in the shard and have recommended that he stay here when he comes to London.

If I had to find something to complain about I would say that the pillows were too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. Everything else was just was you would expect from a Hilton hotel

Perfect location if the tube wasn’t on strike. Breakfast was adequate. Would have loved hot oatmeal. Coffee machine makes too cool coffee.

Mattress needed turned or replaced

Great location, very clean and the Staff were really friendly and helped me with surprising my wife on our anniversary. Great communication also
