Friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean!

An observation, not a complaint. The size of room! First visit to London. It looks like this is a normal size for UK hotels.

Room size very small and tiny bathroom with no place to hang clothes.

Excellent room, very comfortable bed and linens, super clean, and with great amenities! The place has everything for a comfortable stay in a prime location. The staff was also really kind and helpful!

Close to the Euston train station

Bathroom too small, no place to hang your clothes,not enough towels, tiny sink, room very small you can hardly move, not enough space to hang your clothes.

Seemed like a new place, clean and pretty

Getting water was an issue. One of the night staff members had a bad attitude. The phone did not work. The sink did not drain properly. Shower water went everywhere in the bathroom. Lights didn’t work efficiently. Beds were very small.

Room clean and comfortable. It was a single room so quite small but it had great facilities - iron, decent long mirror, nespresso machine, water, tv, toiletries. Breakfast was excellent - lovely fresh fruit and decent quality hot / cold options. Nice coffee too.

Would have liked a big light over the full length mirror for doing hair, makeup, dressing etc. I needed a private space to work with a colleague in the morning after my stay. I was told to use the restaurant area, I explained this wasn't private for my confidential discussions, I was told I could use my room...this would not be an option as I would not invite a co-worker in to my private hotel room! I was then told there were meeting rooms which would have been great but they then asked me for £100 to use a room for 2 hours. I declined this. If this hotel would like business clients then I'd suggest some space where people can work in pairs would be beneficial.

Charged twice and didn’t receive the 1st charge as it is under review since 2 weeks

Everything was fine except I didn't have hot water at the sink in the room and the water temperature on the shower kept on changing by itself. Room 405. I alerted the facilities manager so this has probably been fixed by now.

Bathroom too small. Absolutely no place to put toiletries. Only one hand towel was provided instead of 2.

I stayed many times at this hotel and this is the first time staying here since they have changed the hotel’s name to Club Memoir. The hotel was completely renovated and everything was excellent - from room to breakfast. Even no need to mention about location - less than 10 mins walk away from King’s Cross. Staff members were very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely—very close to the train station, with clean rooms and incredibly kind staff. However, the rate I was charged didn’t match the price listed on Booking.com. I ended up paying more, which doesn’t feel right. I’m not sure whether the discrepancy was on the hotel’s end or Booking.com’s, but the original price should have honoured.

Check-in was easy and fast, and the reception folk very helpful.The room was very comfortable.The breakfast was really good and my partner is 'gluten free' which was catered for, so thank you for that ..Location was great, very easy to reach all the target destinations we planned to visit.

Great location to Kings Corss and St. Pancreas and the room was clean although a little small. Considering London's properties price, this is acceptable. Enjoyed the comfort and friendly staff.

Breakfast was typical buffet style. Not deserve 24 British pound price.

I was given a basement room with a direct access window which felt unsafe for a single female traveller. Breakfast quality and choice was more consistent with a 2 star than 4 star hotel.

The location is ideal if you are traveling by train, it is a few minutes walk to the station. The hotel has been newly renovated and the bar and restaurant are beautifully set out. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless throughout and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast area is small but offers a good selection. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
