Very comfortable, good location. Fair prices for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable.

The pillows were very thin.

Great location with short walk to Pimlico tube stn and the Victoria Line. Clean room that was quiet. Polite staff and a good continental breakfast. I would happily book a stay at this location again.

Nothing to dislike.

Good breakfast sets you up for the day. We have stayed here several times before so knew what to expect.

Usually as only one or two nights stay we have gone for the small room. However if staying again would get a larger room as the bed size would be larger. Small room is a standard double bed. We are used to a bigger bed at home. One thing to consider is the rooms on the front of the hotel get a lot of traffic noise through the night so not the best nights sleep

Comfortable room, dark and good shower and high spec toiletries. Good continental breakfast.

Room was very hot on arrival and after cleaning on second day 27 and 28 degrees respectively. Lights were left on. I prefer a hotel that is more aware of sustainability. No recycling.

Second time staying at this hotel, perfect location, less than 10 minutes to Victoria train station, safe area with nice cafes, the reception staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely, the rooms are comfortable and clean

Room was small, an odd shape and right next to the lift shaft, so noisy

Manager was a super social and kind man. Everyone fromm staff was friendly and gave good advice and excellent service.

Fabulous hotel, perfect location, close to Victoria station, shops and pubs, not a far walk to London eye area. Hotel was spotless clean, lovely area , comfy bed, gorgeous hotel room , really friendly helpful staff and fabulous breakfast, the nicest pancakes iv ever had. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect

Good location. Clean. Nice decor. Quick check in. Good shower with good hot water. Nice soaps.

The plumbing in basement room gurgled at night. Toilet didn't flush well. Sink didn't drain well. Reported it on checking out and not before as only an issue in night and morning. They said they would investigate.

Nice staff. Wonderful lady cleaned up the room and restocked all the bits. Super kind. Bed was comfy. Location was very good. Asked for early check in and a quiet room, and they were very accommodating. Much appreciated.

Very small room for two. No space for a big suitcase. Room is cold when u come back as the power turns of when go out the room. Awful pillows on the bed, expected a bit more from hotel in that sense.

The location was perfect and you can leave your luggage at the hotel before and after checking out that was very kind.

Very grey, smelly staircase, tiny bathroom dull decor and slightly overpriced.

Close to Pimlico subway station. Wifi available and working well. USB-A chargers in the room sockets.

The bathroom was just a bit too small - toweling after taking a shower required some gymnastics between the walls.

Great location. Tube 5 minute walk. Walkable to restaurants and nearby attractions . The staff was very professional and welcoming. The lobby was warm and inviting. Rooms were comfortable, clean and a great base for our trip. Good size bathrooms. Toiletries provided were quality.

The pillows were of poor quality. The pillows were flat.

The breakfast was outstanding. Well staffed and they truly took pride in their presentation and service. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is a 15 min. Walk to Victoria Station and the theater district. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect, very easy to get around London and to use as a base. I appreciated that they were able to get us our room an hour before check in time.

This hotel should not have as many good reviews as it does. The rooms were VERY small, the walls were scratched and had scuffs from previous guests, the room had a foul smell, the fire alarm randomly went off, and the AC made so much noise. Our experience with the workers also wasn’t amazing. One of the men who was working at night refused to call us a cab and lied to us about late check-out.

The location suited us well as we were going to Chelsea Flower Show. The tube was just a ten minute walk. Breakfast was the only meal offered, compensated by the close proximity to many decent restaurants where we had our evening meals. The room was smaller than we would have liked. Hanging space was limited.
