Location, right on the river, beautiful location and surroundings, View of the o2 arena across the river, room sizes are larger than we experienced in Europe

Location - 4 miles from the center but traffic can make the ride take up to 30 minutes

Big plumbing issue

Location, restaurant and the bed was comfortable.

The room i was in #523 didn't have a bath robe, slippers nor teas, coffees, milk, sugar and water.I had to call reception to provide me with them.

Modern, clean hotel. Able to check in even though we were early. Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Rooms a good size. Lovely modern bathroom.

Breakfast was a little disappointing for the price. Service was slow. À la carte choices were good but disappointing when they arrived, not as described on the menu. Buffet options looked good though.

Comfortable bed, quiet room at end of corridor with corner windows, no neighbours.

Close to town

The rooms were soooo hot it was unbearable They came to change it/fix it It was still very hot and we dint sleep Shame as this happened last time too :-(

A little remote from the centre of Canary Warlf for bars and restaurants. Taxis required with large variations of charges.

Modern and amazing staff

The location was nice. The shuttle bus was handy. The bathroom was nice and clean with a good shower.

We asked for 2 single beds, and this was ignored. The food and drink are very overpriced. The rooms are a bit shabby with stained carpets and dated furniture. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were cheap. My view was disappointing.

The sauna and steam room area smelled.I have a morrocan spa no lock on the door and someone came in.

We liked that the breakfast had Fresh choices even though they were limited. Our room was spacey and very comfortable as was the bed. Additionally, the view was spectacular! We should also mention some of the employees who exceeded themselves and stood out.

It was our second time in this hotel and we made the choice based on a previous positive experience. Unfortunately, many things have changed since last time and not for the best. First of all the breakfast had limited choices compared to what it had two years ago. Secondly, our room was not 100% clean since we found many stains both on the floor and on the toilet seat. And last but not least, the staff was not as polite as we could remember. A few exceptions apply.
