Friendly, welcoming staff, clean room, quiet.
The carpet in my room was beyond filthy.
location is perfect for getting around london, really friendly staff, accommodated me as my plans had changed, will deffo be rebooking for my next trip.
more natural light in the room would be great as the window was frosted but not a deal breaker for me its central london so i can imagine there's a reason for it.
Room was spacious, nice to see a climate control system that works. TV with chromecast is also a nice addition. Very hot shower, extra bedding also a nice touch.
Breakfast was cold, or cooling off too rapidly on the hotplate and hard to navigate down to the bar for breakfast. TV was on some weird power save mode and would randomly switch off whilst watching the news. Not so much a deal breaker for us as we barely stayed but for some that could be a bother
Location excellent to catch an early morning train from Euston.
I have stayed here before on many occasions but this time it wasn’t to a previous standard regarding cleanliness. A few of the surfaces were quite dusty and there were dirty cotton buds left on the floor from on previous occupant which were not removed during the duration of my stay
Very poor
When I arrived into my room, the whole room was vibrating . There were some construction works happening right next door. It was impossible to stay in the room. I had to leave and although I paid for two nights, I never stayed there.
Location was great for Euston so would defo stay there again. There is a bar / restaurant area which is useful. I didn't use any other facilities. The staff were super friendly which is refreshing and self check in and check out is great.Rooms were comfortable and clean, great toiletry selection in bathroom
The rooms were super hot, I turned the air con on but I dont think it was working. Opening a window would have been too noisy No tea bags in room and as someone who doesnt drink coffee this was frustrating as had no time for breakfast!
Location. Good sized shower
No accessible sockets next to beds
I got a really reasonable last minute deal as my train was cancelled. It was great. Very clean, comfy bed, nice staff. Would stay again!
Very clean. Bathroom was clean and modern, just as shown in pictures. The room was comfortable. The location is excellent.
Near Euston, needed somewhere to stay. Paid for an upgraded room, which was a bit underwhelming. It was a little bigger but everything was a bit tired looking
The location is great and the staff is exceptional. Room had almost everything we needed including a kettle, vanity kit etc. Again the staff were very nice and helped us with any question.
Rooms are a bit small but pretty manageable.
Easy to find. Clean.
Window in bathroom. Noisy due to building works.
Breakfast was great.Staff were very friendly.Single room was small but sufficient.Earplugs were provided to help with any noise from nearby building works.
Nothing the place is dreadful walls are paper thin.. staff haven't a clue what going on ! Meeting rooms and the hospitality in those was great
Everything the place looks like an 80s police station with paper thin cells !!
Lovely hotel, good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast.
There was a lot of noise from air conditioning unit in the bedroom that we could not turn off.
Very good service well manners staff at reception As I been here many times when visiting Family and friends keep up with the good work I've booked again for end of February
No problem here
The staff was extremely friendly, I have to make mention of Francis, as a first time solo traveller abroad he definitely assisted me with methods of getting around, apps to use for transport as well as local attractions. There was a Nigerian receptionist, (didnt get her name) who was extremley helpful as well with directions
I do think there could be better service in the bar/restuarant area. While I know the facility may not be very busy but the lady on duty was playing waitress, cleaner and bar lady all at once resulting a delay in some tables being served. I would also suggest a QR code for the menu as there was no formal menu or real suggestions on meals other than the steak special advertised. ps. also check window sills for spider webs especially in main areas of the hotel like the stairway
