Location was good!

The room was not clean on arrival, and there was no staff presence during either the day or night. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep. The room temperature was also an ongoing issue, it was either too cold without the heating or too warm with the windows closed, making it uncomfortable throughout the night.There was no secure place to store our suitcases, despite previous reviews stating that this would be available. As a result, we had to change our plans and leave earlier than intended, as we did not feel comfortable leaving our luggage unattended in reception.Additionally, the person speaking over the reception tannoy was very rude and unprofessional, which further impacted our experience.

Clean, tidy, straightforward

Fire alarm off, half an hour for someone to come and resolve the issue. we were waiting outside. Staff seemed to be in no rush to resolve.

No mattress or pillow protector. Shower tray completely cracked and tried to be patched back. Double glazing didn’t close.

Brilliant location, close to the underground/Marylebone and easy to get over to the West End for the theatre. Helpful staff on front desk. Room was bigger than expected and was pretty quiet seeing as it is in a busy area. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Really easy to access.

Mostly clean. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. However there was dust on rims and edges. There was an open milk from a previous guest in the fridge.

Loved the fact that there was no nonsense and tgey allowed early check-in without any complications ir cost. This was really appreciated.Room was absolutely fine and goid value for money.

Room electrics were strange. There was a master switch and then separate switches for bathroom and bedside lights. When you turned the master switch off it disabled the bedside reading lights. There was no way to operate these without the full room lights on at the same time.

The location is good, the room was fairly quiet

The mobile keycard system does not work and feels unsafe. I returned to the hotel after going out for an hour to find all keys gone from the app meaning I couldn’t even get in the front door. I had to call the hotel for directions to retrieve actual key cards which then still didn’t work and had to be remotely reset. The bed, toilet and floors were all clean however there seemed to be marks around the bathroom and on doors, the bathroom smelt damp and the shower seemed to have mould stains on the walls. I’d describe the interior as dated but to be expected for a London hotel in this price range. I also didn’t appreciate that the hotel was advertised as having a manned reception until 6pm however I arrived around 5:15pm and this was not the case. When I called the person helping seemed rushed and I could hear she was dealing with other customers at the same time.

Cleanliness

Shower was just a dribble, room small with an outside light that kept turning on / off overnight interrupting sleep. Also the mattress seemed a little past its prime. Very small elevator, just room for one person which is not ideal for those that are not happy alone in an elevator.

Wonderful staff, especially Yahya and one of the female team members, kind and very helpful.

The elevator was a bit small and slow.

Location, bed was comfy

There was no toilet seat in the room, I mentioned this to the colleague as we checked in later upon checking out and she said ok I will let someone know.

Nice neighbourhood, close to railwaystations and to town centre, clean, nice personnel

The hotel has a very good location, everything was clean, and the facilities matched the price level very well. The staff were kind and provided good service. Overall, a very good stay and good value for money.

MSK82 was so central, a 10 minute walk from Oxford street, 8 minute walk to Baker Street Station, it made it so easy to get around and situated in a lovely part of London. My room was a great size. The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. My room was kept beautifully clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful about extra towels etc. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely bring staying there the next time I’m in London.

There weren’t any draws for clothes in the room. Not a big deal, I was staying for 16 nights, most people would’nt use them.

Booked early so secured a good price for December. Excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for the stay. Bonus having a kettle and fridge.All the staff were welcoming and friendly and great to be able to store my bag before check in.My room was at the rear and was exceptionally quiet.

A bit tricky to work out the heating controls but great once I’d sorted it out.

A comfortable room with a great location. Very easy to get to from the tube.

The hotel is on a busy road so there is a little road noise.

Let down by the state of disrepair aging furniture and mould in the bathroom.
