- The worst wifi I've ever experienced in a hotel. - No drinking water in the room and it cost $5 for a bottle from the bar. - A card in the room instructing you not to order UberEats but to use the hotel restaurant which was expensive.
Its proximity to Hyde Park as well as a quaint little store to buy coffee and pastries to eat in the morning while strolling Hyde Park!
Location is great. Hotel is clean and reception staff is great.
Bad WiFi Room Keys stopped working a few times Room service staff could be more flexible (we told them to come back in an hour, they simply skipped our room that day). Elevator is funky. While going down it won't stop at ground floor.
