Pros +
- Location
- We had a very spacious room, comfortable beds and it was very quiet. It is in a great location close to pubs, cafes and a supermarket. Great value hotel in a leafy upmarket suburb. A good retreat from the busyness of London at an economical price.
- Great location. Lovely and accommodating staff. Shower was amazing and lovely hot water.
Cons -
- It has a strange vibe. They gave me a room in the underground area, so I couldn?t see much of anything from my window. My room was at street level, so it was kind of noisy. The lobby and hotel itself was ok, it was just the room and area underground.
- This is a basic hotel but one which is slowly being refurbed and is improving. The shower was powerful enough but the water in winter could have been hotter. The room was a little cold and draughty but they provided a standalone radiator to boost the central heating which was enough to improve it. Overall it is a good budget choice.
- Twin room. 1 found bed comfy, 1 didn’t.

Twin room. 1 found bed comfy, 1 didn’t.
Clean nicely decorated
The radiator was not working we got ill
Pleasant
Only thing no windows heat was unbearable at times even with fan on constantly other than that really enjoyed my stay an definitely will again
I loved the room and the view and it is a perfect location. I loved that my room was so spacious and warm and comfortable and I could see fantastic views from the window
Fantastic location with lots of local shops and restaurants nearby Unfortunately we didn't get the Rio we requested on first night but super helpful lady on reception resolved this the following morning.Very good value and the staff are super helpful and friendly
Wrong room allocated on arrival
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ideal location
Wasn’t made aware prior to check in that the car park was out of action, considering your hotel requests from their guests to check in online, there’s no reason for information on the car park not to be made known.I opted for a suite, however this doesn’t seem to be worth the money as there’s very little difference from others. My friends were provided a family room, it was the same size and for less money
the location
the hotel staff were rude.Paid for parking to then be told street parking is free from 6.30pm until 8.30am.I complained that at 715pm they might have told me that before paying the £15.00 and then being told !!I asked for a refund and was told you've parked now !!I get the room size was small however, the length of lead on the kettle prevent it from being able to sit on a flat surface. it could even sit on the floor as the sockets were too high. A desk in the room was great however again NO Socket near enough to plug my computer into !! avoid G07!!!!
Close to the tube station and Camden market.
The walls were very thin and I could hear the guests in the room next door very clearly. One of the lights in my room was also not working but others were so it wasn’t a big issue.
Good location, has parking and cheap
Warm water out of cold tap.
Excellent location, smooth check-in, friendly staff, comfy bed, working tv ; tea/coffee making facilties.Listen, it's not the Ritz, but if you want a safe, convenient place to put your head down for the night after a Camden Roundhouse gig, then it's perfect.Would I bring my girlfriend here for a romantic weekend? No. Would I bring a bit of skirt here for some good fun times? Possibly. Would I stay here again on my own for a post gig sleep? Definitely!
Nothing, nit served my purposes tl the letter.
Great location if you’re looking to explore Camden. The staff were lovely, super helpful and polite
The first room that I stayed in, the bedsheets had a strong smell of urine. The carpet did not look like it was vacuumed, as there were pieces of chocolate laying around and more. After making reception aware, I got moved to a different room where the heating did not work, the window would not close properly so there was cold air constantly coming in, there were black hairs on the bedsheets, to make a double bed, there were two beds pushed together where you could feel the dent between the two which was very uncomfortable. Hygiene of the hotel was appalling, to say the least
Great location, clean, comfy bed. Friendly staff
Bit outdated, original windows let in the draft and noise from outside.
Very clean
Very clean, but a big patch of black mould in a really obvious and easy to clean spot on the bath, I was more triggered that they put so much effort in only to skip that. Still 9.9 for cleaning though haha.
Great location , very relaxed atmosphere, felt chilled on arrival,, could have done with a mini fridge in room ,, but had a great time will come back that’s for sure
No fridge in room
Location excellent only 10min walk to the town, only hotel we could book that had parking.Great value for money.
Quite good value, staff helpful
Location - on bus route to get to central London but 10-12 minutes walk to the Tube.
Room met expectations. Nice shower
The description said 'room with a City View', except it was a view of the car park, with no 'City' to be seen
I love the location and the hotel is very charming and affordable. My room had an amazing view and it was very comfortable and big and the heating was excellent! I would recommend very highly
