    Cons -

    • Very small, narrow corridors, could barely move in the bathroom but it was fine for a weekend stay.
    • A bonus that you can leave your luggage but would have liked this to be a lockable storage facility.
    • Rooms tiny and lack investment . Bathroom was cold and not inviting .Basically we stayed 6 hours and wouldn’t return again

Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was really clean and spacious.

I am being picky right now but the hair dryier barely dried my hair.

3-4 minute walk to a central metro station to access London and good walkable neighborhood to find a nice restaurant

The room and bathroom are exceptionally small.

    Close to King’s Cross station

Boiling hot, tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds and tiny bathroom barely turn around in it

Clean and tidy basic accommodation in a great location with helpful and friendly staff.

Position ideal, right near King's Cross and St Pancras stations. Cheerful staff. Cosy en suite room. Nice warm shower. Everything clean and neat.

TV didn't work. Single room very small.

It was a very central location. The staff were also very friendly. The room was a decent size for the price.

It could be noisey as the windows are single glazed but that is because the building is old.

    Poor

We had an early checkout and probably woke up half of the building at 4 AM trying to get our luggage down three flights of stairs. This place would greatly benefit from a lift. New carpets also - our room was tiny and the carpets looked filthy. We didn’t dare walk barefoot in our room

Nice place. Easy to find, good location. Not noisy. Very warm room. The room and bathroom are small, but it's ok with no luggage

Great proximity to train station. It was located on a nice quiet street. Clean room and luggage storage while we waited to check in.

Bottom floor room had a few sagging soft spots in the floor.

The location is near the King Cross station and very convenient to go any other places.

The room is noisy and extremely small.

Excellent location for getting the morning Eurostar. Clean

    Very grumpy night porter

    Location and cleanliness

    Room was tiny

Good location, nice to have a room with bathroom to myself

The room was small, down a very narrow staircase, in the basement (it did have a window to a little patio, but couldn’t open the window). The reception person was not very welcoming.

Great location, within 3 minutes walking at Kings Cross station and trains or tube. Busses within 5-10 minutes. Our room was in the back, no noise from outside. Paid for a small room and it was small but okay: bathroom a shower and toilet. Everything worked and was as expected. We stayed 3 nights. Used it to go to the harry potter studio's from the bus stop at 5 minutes from the hotel. And to go everywhere in London. Didnt pay for breakfast, enough in the neighbourhood.

The location was nearby the train station, and we didnt need to sleep between homeless people.

At first, when we arrived, the host behind the desk was very rude. He threw me the chamber keys, and did not even give a right explanation were the rooms were located. After walking between very tin hallways and very narrow steps which were located between room doors we found that our rooms were located in the basement. When we entered the rooms, we thought we were back 50 years in time. It felt as you were about to fall thru the floors, it was that unsteady. Furthermore, we had some insects in the bathroom, and in the handsoap was mold. It was also very noisy, plus the television did not even work. When we left, i must say there was a nice host..... Fortunately we stayed there only for 1 night, just because we needed a roof above our heads. And then for this kind of price!!! Absolutly not the right price/quality ratio. They should be ashamed of there selfs!!!!!!!

Room comfy, spotless bathroom - we have stayed before and find the location excellent. The use of the luggage room was really appreciated. The rooms are small but comfy - typical of this part of London. Really handy for public transport links, as well as local restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay again.

    Room was clean and comfortable.

Little small but cant complain for the price and location!
