It was well-located, comfortable, and not too expensive.

Yes. The electric outlets in my room didn't work the first night. Someone had to fix them. They apologized, but did not give me a discount or anything like that.

Excellent location, very easy to get to and get around. Warm delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Large and very comfortable rooms, good location

From the location of the hotel, to the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, everything about our stay was wonderful! Ut’s in a safe location, very close to the tube station and there are lots of stores around. Overall it was a perfect stay and I will certainly be choosing it again in the future. Thank you for everything!

5minutes away from the Earls Court Tube or a 25 minute walk to the museums

Decor a little tired. Shower head needs replacing. Our room (25) was next to the lift shaft. Not too bad on the first night but on 2nd night lift was being used into the early hours and then very early the next morning resulting in poor sleep (we wore ear plugs).

Had a great time overall, staff is friendly and efficient. Super large rooms especially for London area, very spacious and warm. Price range is very vfm and the highlight is the location just next to the tube! Breakfast was pretty good as well for some morning fuel.

Bathroom could be a bit more tidy and in a better condition, nothing important but there's definitely some work to be done.

Breakfast offered a good variety, including healthy options. The room was spacious, stylish, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of a metro station served by the Piccadilly and District lines, with excellent bus connections as well. Staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay.

Excellent location, minutes walk from the tube station and local shops. Lovely pub round the corner. Rooms very comfortable with everything you need. Very quiet, so slept well.Breakfast was really nice.

staff needed to clear breakfast table while you are eating as tables are VERY small. Not enough room, just a very small detail.

Bathroom needs updating, empty fridge noisy and should be turned off. Our room was located next to the lift which made our sleep disruptive.

The AC/ heater was making a lot of noise, as someone was drilling. I immediately contacted an Indian guy who was doing the maintenance/ cleaning and complained about the noise, but instead of taking ownership of the issue he simply dismissed my complaint

The location is convenient, especially because of the easy access to the metro (Piccadilly).

The room was extremely small for four people. Upon arrival, we were first placed in a room with no electricity due to a technical issue that seemed to be already known by the staff. When we informed them, there was no real surprise or immediate solution offered. We were exhausted after our trip and asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere, but this was not accepted, and they even wanted to charge us for the first night. Eventually, we were moved to another room on the -1 floor, in the same category.Breakfast was also very limited, with only the basic essentials.Additionally, during housekeeping, my jewelry box was opened and dropped, and I found all my jewelry on the floor. I did not report it at the time, but it made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Very quiet road and quiet hotel, very comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Room was a bit cold.

Very easy to find from Earls Court Station, perfect location for the Tube and a central spot for the tube lines

This should be communicated clearly, both in the Booking.com description, or else even a note left on the reception desk. As it was, there was no one at the reception desk, and it was not clear how long it would be before someone would come back. I had to wait close to an hour before someone appeared and I could ask about leaving baggage before check-in. If I had known the front desk would not be staffed for an hour, I would have stopped at a restaurant on Earls Court for a bite to eat before coming to the hotel.

Location is okey

Breakfast is AWFUL, don’t pay for it - very limited choice of very poor quality products There is no power socket near bed, we found one behind it to be able to charge our phones and during cleaning stuff didn’t notice our charger and broke it…We had to pay 30 pounds for 1 hour early check in (despite our room was ready) Shower does not work properly - you wait for hot water for 30 minutes and after it is not possible to regulate temperature and you are boiling yourself in water Dirty, tired rooms There was some wall painting process during our stay, but the whole hotel in general needs big renovations

The room was clean and breakfast was a great variety.

I found the room to be cold, unfortunately the display panel which controls the heating system was in a foreign language and I couldn't decipher it.
