Our room was large and clean, had a nice shower, and the complimentary breakfast had wonderfully fresh fruit, tasty cheeses, meats, croissants, juice, eggs, tea, etc. Great location 2 blocks from Marble Arch tube station near Hyde Park.

The staff is warm and welcoming, the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms are pristine, comfortable and quiet. They offer a complimentary breakfast every morning that was delicious.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is as good as it gets. It is usually very good value for money. The rooms could do with an update but are clean and comfortable enough for the cost. I will use again.
