NOT a 4 star hotel. Terrible dated and damage carpets doors walls

Room stank of bleach and fridge was not cooling and I feared food posioning. Asked for another room and was denied. Asked for refund and denied. I stayed only 1 night (out of 7). Had to book elsewhere at my expense. I suffered a cough from bleach smell

Absolutely one of the worst experiences staying at a hotel. It felt like a literal dungeon. We were located in the basement. I literally felt so unsafe in the accommodation. The whole vibe of the room felt horrible. Would never recommend.

Overall, the hotel was good. I stayed there for 17 nights at first, and everything was fine during that stay. Later, I returned for another 4 nights, but unfortunately the room I was given did not have air conditioning. I had to change my room, and even considered upgrading, but in the end I moved to a room in the basement level just to have air conditioning.

The room was relatively spacious (for London) and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean with a nice shower. Kitchen facilities were adequate.The location was fabulous. Two tube stations, for different lines, within a 6 minute walk, plentiful grocery shopping, pubs and restaurants.I thought it was amazing value. I will stay here again.

I was happy with everything.

During all our stay there was a problem with the water boiler. You can't take shower as the water was just lukewarm. The reception was keep on telling that they are repairing it but the problem stayed all the time. The rest was all fine.

Good location

The space is cramped for four people. The bedding is itchy and needs to be changed every four days. There is no shower cap. There are no shower slippers.The price is high for the apartment.

The location - close to shops, restaurants and tube stations, the kitchenette, clean.

Great location, good facilities and comfortable

Although the info said there was lifts we were on the top floor with no lift and no offer of assistance with our heavy luggage. I messaged before if we could leave our baggage before check in. They messaged back 8 hours later to say yes but by then we had to pay for storage elsewhere

It was clean and the room was a good size.

It could have had a few items like oil. We didn’t like the room in the basement. Outside our window was all the broken down washing machines and fridges.

Nothing at all

The room was terrible and it needs renovation. It had 3 doors that we couldn't keep them open, they forced to be always closed without reason, I didn't know that I book a ship. The bed was awful and really small. The staff was totally not care about you. Better to choose a hostel than this hotel.

One thing, before check-in, 200€ of deposit is weird. After two weeks i got my money back.

Location & suitable for families

The two bedroom apartment that was provided to was duplex like store not comfortable at all with stairs & the other option they provided was in the basement where there in limited ventilation

The room was spacious and clean and had all I needed for my stay.

The beds were a bit too hard even for my taste and not soo comfy. The second bed wasn't needed, not sure if it was a couch but I couldn't use it as such. It would not have been possible to sleep on it.

Location is perfect, easy access to restaurants, cafes, short walk to Notting Hill, easy access to 3 tube lines.

Spacious rooms and good facilities. Clean and quiet in a fantastic location walkable to tubes and supermarket/cafes.
