Comfort Inn Hyde Park

Nothing.. The same 10 items were not worth going to breakfast. Room was not wheelchair friendly (even thought I called and asked). Front desk staff not friendly. Tried asking about food choices didn't get positive responses.

No microwave or refrigerator. Couldn't keep my medication. Had to throw out a dose. Was told yes, when asked about accessibitity. Tiny rooms. Wouldn't allow cancelation 35 days out.

Housekeeping ladies, very polite. The room was clean.The hotel was close to trains, bus stop and shops.

The web description did not match at all. The rooms are very tiny, beds are uncomfortable, cheap mattress, please get new pillows, breakfast was awful, no fridge in rooms or microwave old and stain carpet. Lots of dust from all the construction.No lift

Location was good, but there's dozens of other hotels in the area, stay in one of those instead.

The bed was so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. Only 2 cardboard-like pillows. No space in the rooms, the whole place smells terrible. No elevator at all.

Elevator was out of service the entire time. Had to climb five flights of stairs!

Close proximity to the Tube. Cleanliness of rooms. Light breakfast in AM

Tiny, Tiny Rooms. Rooms state double occupancy but barely fit 1 person. No where to unload luggage or store luggage. For 7 days had to live out of luggage and then step over it. Whole hotel is a fire hazard. Narrow hallways, Lifts, stairways. Unsafe.

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. There wasn’t even room for a dresser to unpack my clothes.

Room - a dismal dungeon underground, view onto filthy walls, curtain broken, musty smell. Bathroom so tiny cannot turn around, no shelf for toiletries or even towels. Charged for triple room! Almost $--- for a rotten, tiny, awful place. REFUND PLEASE!!!!

Nice breakfast, good location, fairly quiet, good pillows, newly redone bathrooms, nice shower, helpful staff.

arrived very late because of a delayed flight. and than was told that after a certain hour they remove your invitations on a pre paid room! after a long wait they put me in basement room with a lot of noise and woke up after 2 hours...

Broken window, no shop in the shower,no room to turn around. My closet at home it is bigger than this room.Never again.

Two blocks from the Queensway underground! Free breakfast with croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Rooms clean, free wifi.

As is typical in London and other larger European cities in my experience, the rooms are very small. If you are using to living in a small motor home, then you shouldn't have a problem. Just beware. The elevator fits 2 people and a bag.

The location was perfect as it was within a three minute walk to Kensington Gardens.

Room was small (as advertised) but clean and well kept. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Free wifi worked well enough. Certainly a good value for the price, as long as you don't mind small/narrow spaces.

Location was so-so. Not dangerous or especially hard to get to, but the Queensway tube stop isn't the best area of town either. That being said, for the price it was better than expected and the inside of the hotel itself was well-kept.

It took a while to get hot water in the shower on the second day. Other than that, no complaints.
