Room Size.

Room was dated, furniture in bad condition, missing handles.

The room and bed size and the receptionists where very helpful in the morning ordering me a taxi as I didn't know where I was going

I saw little roaches by my window when I pulled back the curtains

Good sized room, clean. Good rate.

Weird bed, like 2 singles stuck together. So it was a big bed, but with a channel down the middle

Staff were great, my rooms heater didn’t work so they changed my room. However the new room was not clean but they sorted it out and the manager Neil came to apologize and was very kind

Room was big and nice. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was OK for me but not for my wife, she has special diet. Variety of bread was low. Tomatos taste weird.

Terrible staff old and poor hotel. Terrible descriptions and separation of hotels led to confusion

No heating old, Shower could not stay upright. the hotel is separated into 2 buildings one of them is ugly and has no staff or security

Location, courteous and knowledgeable staff and buffet breakfast

No fridge in the room, no outlets near the bed

For the cost it was over priced facilities were comparable to a Premier Inn, stayed there 3 times , wouldn't again.

Just the price, as I said it was completely over priced, a Premier Inn costs less either better facilities

Location for the game is fab and to get in to the City good access to bus and tube

Nothing really just didn’t get the tea and coffee milk replenished but got this from reception. Lack of fresh fruit and berries at breakfast, only melon

Nice comfy beds, decent breakfast and location, had parking and friendly staff.

Room style seemed dated but was nice and clean regardless

As a Chelsea fan it was perfect and also very convenient after the game. Rooms was lovely and tidy too.

Booked the room and the hotel for it's close proximity to Chelsea Football Club. Perfect for match day accommodation.

Only a minor issue really but the hotel bar did not have any stock of zero alcohol beers, only fruit joices.

The staff were unbelievably polite, supportive and helpful, I cannot rate them highly enough, they were first class in supporting my accessibility needs without patronising me, I had an amazing time visiting Chelseafc with my son, it was a dream come true for him and rewarding for me to be respected as a human being again despite my neurological challenges,, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou all.(I loved the baguette at breakfast too which reminded me of France and my beautiful Mum, bless her soul).

I can't think of anything I didn't like, it was honestly perfect.

We had asked via Booking.com if we could have a room on a lower floor as my wife has vertigo.We also asked if we could have the room a couple of hours before 3pmThe hotel replied via Booking.com,Saying they could not guarantee this but it might be available on the day.We arrived between 1pm and 2pm.We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient young man. With an Indian first name.He immediately looked us up on the hotel system and told us that both requests were possibleWhile checking us in, he made us aware of the advantages of membership of the hotels group.He was patient with us completing the membership details as we are non techy pensioners., and helped us join.We were extremely happy with all our interaction with the hotel staff during our stay..

Room 217Cobwebs in room.Non working light switches.Also, poor lighting.Only one shelf available for clothingWhich was in the wardrobe and was too high for my wife to teach. The room was on the 2nd floor, facing inwards and quite dark, good lighting should have been a must.The furniture seemed oddly placed ,the wardrobe when opened prevented access to the rest of the room The television was placed on the same table as the tea and coffee making facilities., making it extremely difficult to use for anything else.We were in London for a family funeral, and were not in the humour to take these issues up with the hotel managementThat said,We were extremely happy with all our interactions with the hotel staff.

Great hotel, anyone thats into football of all ages will like it that little bit more than anyone else. Location is great and easy access for tubes and trains.
