Room 13 is noisy (in winter). The exhaust chimney for the heater vents just outside the window and makes a racket

Good location, quiet street, Parking nearby. Convenient. Rooms are clean.

Pillows are uncomfortable and thermostat was difficult to adjust in way that 'stuck'. Room very hot and hard to bring it down even as windows open so little.

Clean Surroundigs

No hot water as we needed it. Friday was planned for a wedding. Couldn’t shower. No cooperation or understanding from the staff. After complaining reception told they will refund full price of stay next day she refused. After a big complaint they agreed to give a 20 percent discount. Even a 20% discount is not acceptable here for this inconvenience.

No elevator, no staff to help carry the bags to the room and finally, there is no room service to order food

The location

The cleanliness. They gave me a toilet that wasn’t clean, I spoke with the front desk staff, they didn’t send someone to clean or change my room. I stayed in the room for 3 days with a toilet that doesn’t work before they changed my room. Absolutely disgusting. I have attached a photo of the pleasant sight I was met with after I checked into my room. Also the cleaning staff in the morning they open the room without knocking, I was dead asleep on an early morning when my door was opened by the cleaning staff.

Location was perfect as we wanted to be close to Old Marylebone Town Hall for a wedding. Very comfortable small hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

If you are on the top floor there are a lot of stairs and there isn’t a lift (which we knew) and wasn’t a problem for us but would be for less mobile people.

Well appointed and furnished modern rooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of space. The hotel itself is also well located, and the free Wifi a positive.

I was stuck outside for a while when reception was left unstaffed, for about 5-10 minutes in the middle of the day before checking in. My room also had evidence of the previous occupant in it, showing the cleaning wasn't as good as it could have been.

Staff were helpful to give me a late check out so I could do a conf call. But then the cleaner barged into the room in the middle of the call, which I was hosting and was very awkward. Not always staff available to help. They could do a better job considering the clients overall experience.

Very nice hotel room, good color scheme, spacious. Loved the bed, it was super comfy. Aircon was a blessing during heatspell. Nespresso machine in the room, which saved the day.Hotel bathrobes and slippers were provided.Staff was very friendly and super helpful.Very good location, stone's throw from Baker Street and a short from from Edgeware Road and Marble Arch, but very quiet.

Breakfast selection was fresh and good.Location for us was excellent as the reason for our stay was a visit to the Swiss Embassy, 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Great location, comfortable bed, nice room decor, good coffee machine in the room

We were given basement rooms which had frosted windows as they looked out below street level. The noise of footfall from the dining room/ staff room above was noisy. Simple things with the room that should have been better for the cost; soap dish but no soap, the room safe didn’t work, the blind was broken and didn’t come down fully, no sanitary bags for sanitary disposal, sizeable gap under the door letting the light in from corridor, towel rail didn’t work. Nothing major but enough to disappoint for the cost.

Main areas were well designed

The 2 rooms we booked were overcrowded with furniture and felt uncomfortable. The hotel charged my card and booking.com 4x.

Its location to where I was visiting the following day

The room door had a gap which meant you could see into the stairwell, the chain lock for the door was broken. I thought the property had room service but this was just for a continental breakfast. It was a struggle to move past the bed to the bathroom as it is so close. There is a hatch above the shower with a hole which didn’t make me feel very comfortable. It was also very loud, not the hotels fault but I could clearly hear everyone walking around above me.

Very nice reception and help with luggage to room. Very comfy bed and TV that works!! water at bedside and tea and coffee making facilities. Very central and reasonably quiet. Good shower. And very accommodating on changing dates from April to July. Kind and helpful.

Couldn't get an up to date VAT receipt as the room had been booked earlier in the year so had the original date.
