Lovely property & building, very clean and room was modern, comfortable bed. This was perfect location for us.The staff were exceptional, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Lift wasn’t working. As a person with reduced mobility this was disappointing. We stayed for three nights and the lift was still broken when we left. We stayed in a floor on the basement floor.Rooms were too small, not obvious in the photos.

Outsider beautiful, inside Old fashionedElevator was broken for 4 days. De Gad a room on the 4th Floor. We never had an apology or a rémunération or something. Bad service

I needed to be close to the embassy so it was perfect as literally 10mins walk

It wasn’t the four star I expected, went to brasserie and empty and closed. Room was small, facilities limited but bed was comfy. Good breakfastSome of the soft furnishings need updating as worn and scruffy which let the room down. Super restaurant next door ! Good value overall and staff helpful and friendly

Modern facilities, in a nice area and close to where we wanted to be. We didn;t eat at the property because we were meeting people along the way, but very comfortable and certainly would recommend.

Central location- a stone‘s throw from Oxford Circus but away from the craziness of Oxford Street. Cute cafes and bars in the neighbourhood.Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Window double glazed but could be opened to let in fresh air.Building is spectacularly ornate from the outside.

The add-on breakfast at the hotel was £24.50! I consider that way too much for what it was.

Single room nbr 407, bathroom too small I could not sit on the toilet properly as it was too close to the wall, toilet position needs to be changed

I left something in my room and it was never found. No communication at all. WiFi didn’t work.

very small room, bed not comfortable. Television not working and the guy who came had no idea.Too much money - 188 pounds - for a tiny room. Difficult to turn round in the room

The staff were always kind and polite towards my requests. Cleaning has been made everyday.

Heater was not enough to heat the room so it was cold nights. Sound insulation was so poor that I woke up with maintenance works 3 days and I was not able to sleep because of snorings from next room

Room service and food was excellent including bottled water upon request. Comfortable bed and toiletries. Kettle and tea in room. Store luggage free pre check in time. Staff was friendly and porter assistance was helpful. Room was located near busy noisy cleaning crew and construction noises also disruptive.

Lift was not working for entire stay and though informed stairs was difficult ground or first floor rooms were only accessible by two flights of stairs. Was charged a higher fee for weekend (not the price/charges quoted when booked). Room did not have AC and window was difficult to open. Room facing busy noisy street. Booked room with bath tub but was told only en suite (small shower) available and no guarantee for room with bath tub. Hotel was rated 4 star incorrectly (descriptions and photos misleading).

Great location, nice big lounge area, loved the old building.

I wish I had found the temperature control, because the room was so warm, but it wasn’t a big enough deal to fuss with.

I pre-paid for the breakfast which I could not have. I asked reception about a refund. I was not given an answer at the time, and nobody has come back to me as of yet.

It’s a great central location and lots of street parking available. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops to try.

The only downside about the room was the smoke that would come in through the window due to staff smoking on the stairs. Apart from that it was a great stay.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Good size bedroom with a very comfortable bed.Our evening meal was delicious and the breakfast offered everything you could want.We will definitely return.
