The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Exactly what you need. Nothing more nothing less. Staff was on hand, excellent location

Air-conditioning /heating in the room was challenging. Hot or cold. Lift not working but staff carried luggage upstairs

Elevator was not working during the whole stay and i had a room on the 4th floor with very steep stairs

The staff was incredibly helpful both at check in and check out. I had not considered when I left that the trains would not run so early. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to not panic and call a ride to pick me up. As a female traveling alone he was an incredible help to me. There was construction happening on the street outside so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep well, but the opposite was true! I have no idea how I never even heard the outside construction in my room! What a pleasant surprise. It is also within walking distance of the tube and found that to be so helpful, especially when I decided to take in a play on the West End. Only four stops away!

I probably should have chosen to take advantage of having breakfast on site, but that was my error.

Location - close to tube station, buses.Restaurants shops pubs were close by.Staff helpful. Able to check in early. Grateful for that as I was extremely ill. But I did not have to mention that. They were v obliging.Good water pressure. Love a hot shower.

The shape of the room made it difficult to move around. Could not really open luggage bags that were over cabin size.

I have to highlight how wonderful and helpful the staff are, including the ladies serving breakfast. I asked for a quiet room, and at check-in I was informed that my room had been upgraded at no additional charge. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

It situated in the perfect location, next to Hyde Park. Rooms are clean and warm.

Which they provided a Nespresso machine, rather than the cheap coffee sachets.

The room was clean, the staff very professional and kind.The Hotel is located in a quiet and safe area.

Nice and clean, cozy room, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. I could check in around noon which was a pleasant surprise

The room temperature was around 16C and it took me a while to figure it out after my arrival how to set it properly

The flat was different from the one i saw in the app and the staff great and so polite but honestly this is not deserve this price ?, the location was fantastic but the room not as i expected

Drafty window, we had to sleep the other way around, and the beds were too short (even if we are not tall people)…

Lovely cosy hotel. It's really clean, really comfortable, and the staff were excellent. I had single room as just for me, and it had everything I needed.....fab facilities. Love that it has 24 hour check-in. Highly recommend. I cannot comment on breakfast, although included I didn't make breakfast.

The room 106 should be considered a single room.Bathroom was split into two. Shower in one compartment and sink in another part built in a closet, essentially. Ridiculous design.Everything noisy as hell witu all the footsteps could be heard.The insolation so bad all the cold was coming throughout the windowWorst at 07:30am they activated the extractor fan like starting a jet engine and we couldnt sleep sny longer- the smell of bacon coming through.1nigut very bad stay

Staff very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Our room was on the bottom floor, the street noise was loud.

We had a triple room in the basement, it was very noisy as it was directly under reception, and also on the street.
