Looks well maintained and lovely, pleasant staff

Didn’t use pool as would have had to pay £15 each even though we only wanted swim and not use the Spa

The hotel provides good quality accommodation and service in an excellent location,

At breakfast I got up to get myself some tea. By the time (just a couple of minutes) I returned my table had been cleared and another person was sitting there so I had to find another table. 10- 15 minutes later I got up again to get a coffee and my table was cleared again - ready to be reset. When you are at breakfast alone in a self service restaurant it is not ideal to find your place taken by someone else just because you were getting a hot drink. It would be helpful if the restaurant staff could find a way to stop this from happening.

Excellent location, front of house staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Couldn't open the cupboard marked tea and coffee (appeared locked although staff said I should have alerted them i didn't realise and presumed it was hotel policy so no early morning refreshment before breakfast. The breakfast is mediocre at best all self-service with machine coffee. Not a 4 star hotel experience unfortunately..

Food and room very good. Reception being decorated at time of our visit with workmen present stripping wallpaper etc.

Nice rooms, nice breakfast and great to have the pool

This is our second time staying at The Rembrandt which is ideal when going to the Royal Albert Hall.Reception staff were efficient but could have been a little more friendly, a smile always helps. We didn’t have dinner,the breakfast was good, great selection, friendly and efficient restaurant staff. Executive room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.Great location for the National History, V & A and Science Museums as well Royal Albert Hall, South Kensington Underground

Staff weren’t happy in their work the hotel was excessively busy and breakfast was awful most items cold and dried up

We have stayed before and love the location, standard of hotel and consistent approach.

The quality of breakfast lets the hotel down a bit - but doesn’t put me off staying again. Coffee and juice from a machine is never any good, cooked breakfast did not look appetising and fruit was uninspiring.

Building works being conducted led to a musty smell in the foyer and corridors.

Bar and waiting staff not great. Tiny bathroom with dirty grout. Poorly located TV. Average breakfast for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Lacked attention to detail. Very difficult to get hold of on the phone

Amazing location , decent price , friendly staff and a great breakfast !

The room was spacious, plenty of sockets in the correct locations so you wouldn’t struggle, plenty of storage space. The mattress quality was excellent, the bedding is good quality, the towels are fluffy. The breakfast is very good. The bar sitting is comfortable and the evening choices are good. The lifts are fast.

The bedroom could have done with USB sockets.

The fact tea and coffee was hidden away ( found late the night of check in )Rooms very dated - bed uncomfortable, pillows very uncomfortable, bathroom was very small.The hidden service charge on the bill when ordering drinks and sandwich’s in the bar.

Great Location Lovely staff

Massive flood in reception area from burst pipe in the ceiling area dirty water flooding through the reception ceiling . It was dealt with ASAP but not very nice to return to the hotel and have a massive bucket of water thrown down the steps are we were approaching it & loads of towels all over the floor. Squeaky floor with every step in the bedroomVery greasy cooked breakfast/ tomatoes were cold/ hash browns either burnt or swimming in oil.Cold breakfast and other stuff was ok.

Rooms very comfortable - excellent shower. Very good breakfast buffet.

Very comfortable beds, good restaurant. And the location is perfect, close to restaurants and museums.
