- The sheets were stained and we found at least 5 strands of somebody else's body hair on them. The hotel manager was very rude and did not resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
- Some drilling noise could be heard from neighbouring shops having works carried out. This was around 11pm which seemed unfair.
