- We love this hotel. The only improvement I would make is the inclusion of a kettle and tea-making provisions. I love a cup of tea in bed in the morning when I stay at hotels, and that is the only thing lacking.

The entire experience was excellent. The location was superb, the staff happy to help, the suite was so comfortable with lovely attention to detail (flowers, champagne, fruit) and the breakfast was served at the table - a plus!! We will definitely return and it’ll probably be our go to hotel for future trips to London.

Location is excellent for Covent Garden and Theatreland
No tea / coffee in room. High prices for mini bar and other refreshments. Stealth addition of "Accommodation Service Charge"
The food was exceptional .Every meal we ate was done with the freshest ingredients and was always presented beautifully and it tasted completely delicious . Finally it was delivered with the greatest care .The rooms were extremely comfortable and luxurious and every night a surprise was left .... a charming little gift to delight us .Overall we only experienced the most wonderful service and loved everything about The Covent Garden Hotel
The location is superb and despite being on a busy street, the rooms are peaceful. The decor is beautiful and I love the lobby area
My only critiques are that it’s just beginning to look a little faded and tired in places and the tvs need upgrading to Smart TVs

Fabulous location for enjoying Soho, Covent Garden and the West End. Great decor and friendly service.
