Pros +
- Unbeatable location, spacious room (especially for London!), very clean, great storage for unpacking with shelving and hanging space, good air quality (not too hot/cold, not stuffy), aesthetic and appealing lobby/hallway/restaurant, nice staff, good towels, functional desk in the room with electric sockets for UK and North American plugs, big window, shower drain worked which sounds silly but is not always the case and it's so gross when it doesn't, de-fogging mirror which, again, sounds silly, but actually really useful, ESPA shower products, soft bathrobes, good lighting, comfortable beds, soft sheets.
- I love everything about this hotel! It is such a clean, calm environment. The hotel rooms are always so clean and smell lovely. Staff couldn’t do more for you. Love this hotel so much. The small touches made such a difference, the calming music in the corridors, sweet bar in reception, gym access 24/7.
- The room was amazing very spacious and we appreciated the extra toilet, it was nice having a seperate lounge and 2 tv's.
Cons -
- Noise - the floors are wooden as opposed to carpeted, which I do like for dust and design purposes, but it does mean that if you share a wall (side or ceiling) with the kind of people who wear hard boots/shoes/heels and then decide to stomp around the room at 4am or 6am or whatever time they choose, you will hear it. You might sleep through it as my daughter did, but if you don't, it's annoying. The hotel is 'scented' which I'm sensitive to and wish it weren't the trend, but it is. The rooms were not perfumed, just the downstairs, but it's strong if you notice that kind of thing. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and expensive (very nice staff though). It was very busy so I'm clearly in a minority. Definitely take the hotel up on any offer of a breakfast deal if you'll be eating in house.
- Nothing !
- Corridors are a bit dark and can be a bit confusing due to design of the building, small point though

Very nice Hotel! Extremely friendly staff. As the kingsize bed was not available in our booked room, we got a free update to a suite room. Very quiet and restful hotel. Breakfast was extraordinary good! We will definitely come back !!!!

The price is a bit high
Wonderful location in the heart of Marylebone which is a great area to stay in, close.tp.all.the main attractions with many chic shops and resturants and round the corner from a tube station, yet a safe and quite area.
