Awesome hotel location, within walking distance of theatres, shopping, restaurants, museums. Well-trained staff; excellent service. Good amenities, well-maintained clean rooms. Well equipped gym and popular lounge bar and restaurants. Good branding.

Rooms are small and cramped

Location, staff friendliness and expertise, gym and pool facility, breakfast.

Room small even for London, modernity of bathroom design impractical and WET, even if well-intended.

The pool is one of the best hotel pools in London.

The rooms are slightly on the small side but the windows out to the tree lined street are charming and the location is superb.

From stepping through the entrance on day of arrival to stepping out on day of departure we experienced some of the best customer service and care. The hotel is modern has a lovely bar area or a quiet library for hotel guests. There is a restaurant and spa facilities making it perfect for a city break.

Truthfully I can’t think of a single thing. Would the bar area get really busy in high season would be my only question as it’s in a great location for theatre goers or a business meeting.

Nothing I liked it all

The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location was very central with a lot of great stuff within walking distance.

The room decor was really nice. Bathrooms were great too.

Our room is on the top floor. It felt a bit small considering we had a child as well. If you add a cot into the room that was hard also the TV was quite far away and also quite small so hard to read or see what was on the TV in detail.

Calm, organised, serene atmosphere. Very relaxing ambience, in heart of Covent Garden, central London. Professional courteous and responsive staff. Practical but luxurious fittings. Delicious breakfast.

Well presented modern room with comfy bed and sofa area. Coffee making facilities with fresh milk and mini bar, with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location for theatres and Covent Garden, with a stylish bar serving cocktails, drinks and food. It’s desire for “green” sustainable hospitality was very good.

The breakfast at £40 per head was expensive, especially if you only wanted coffee and a croissant. The 1st floor room we had was a bit noisy but in the heart of London that’s to be expected I suppose.

Have stayed here before and we love it. Location is great, staff are wonderful, hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, calm haven in the centre of London. Food is excellent.

It’s a little pricey. Food and drink is expensive and I am always slightly annoyed when you pay so much for a hotel room and breakfast isn’t included.

We were greeted by wonderful staff at the entrance and the reception and restaurant staff were wonderful too. Beautifully furnished room, so clean, the cleanest hotel, with beautiful fittings, it looked like a Monaco yacht interiors, so stylish.

I think a few beds by the pool would be amazing, the one's there are too low and too curvy and not using the space well. otherwise everything is great.
