Spotlessly clean and very welcoming

The breakfast was too limited

Pretty quiet which was nice especially when you wanted to go to sleep. Everywhere looked and felt very clean.

The bedrooms are quite small so moving around the bed and the wardrobe was a bit tricky. The sliding bathroom door was a bit see through and didn’t shut completely to have privacy.

Location very good short walk to/from Earls Court tube. Plenty of cafes, shops, bars, fast food places short walking distance. Very clean. Good breakfast.

The lift wasn't working through stay.

Good breakfast and accommodating staff when I asked to work in the breakfast room during service.

The room was small, but this was clearly noted when I booked the room, so no complaints.

It was in good condition and was very bright and colourful.

The lift was out of order.

Clean, modern room, fantastic location and great breakfast. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

The coffee could be better, but generally the breakfast was really good.

Staff very friendly and helpful, very clean. The space is quite small but perfect for a short stay. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the tube station.

The only minor downside was the size of the bed. This is just personal preference, but I found the bed to be quite small.

Lift not working but I guess that’s not their fault as waiting on repair.

The room was really clean and cozy. It might be a little small if you have bigger suitcases, but for the price and location it's perfect!

The elevator didn't work. I think it's been a problem for a while but the receptionist told me it broke down the day I had arrived

The location and cleanliness. Also got updated to a three bed room which was a big bonus, and under floor heating was lovely in the bathroom.

The lift unfortunately didn’t work and the property from the outside didn’t look like it did on the photos.

The staff and the location were very good. One of the staff accomodate me and luckily let me check in early. Thanks for that!

Lift not working

The hotel was clean ,well appointed and very comfortable.

Room was a little small.

it was clean and fine for the night

very basic. no fridge in the room, no water given, a breakfast bar in the basement, very expensive parking (we paid £45 for 24 hours). Small rooms. Nice receptionist but he did leave and then lock the door from the inside so we couldn't get out

daily cleaning of the room , very quiet hotel , heating and shower working excellentlyalso a great strategic location to use London Underground

nothing bad to say , maybe for some very fussy people the single bed room might be a bit small but , for me , it wasn't a problem at all.

Unfortunately lift was out of use, room was on the 5th floor.

Second time staying here, super friendly and helpful staff perfect stay for Chelsea matches

On checking in was advised breakfast was included, but on checking out was charged extra

Perfect location close to Earl´s Court. Superb breakfast. My singleroom was small but I had all that I needed and the price was great.
