Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Below average food. I only tried breakfast and night room service since I had a short stay.

Service was bad and there was no room service. The place is very dull and small

The room was up to date, the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, unlike the large establishments where you feel lost. The location was perfect, close to two tube stations. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot think of anything that I would improve.

Staff were kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room , as original room claustrophobic. Needed more water in the rooms .

This is not a 5 star hotel. No foyer area, no greeting at door. Pool and gym advertised are not in this hotel but rather across the road at another Hotel. Staff disinterested- more excited about their uber eats as we checked in and basically disappeared after! Like a really clean hostel- 3 star at best

Location

Since 13.9.2025 and today is 30.11.2025 the hotel did not return the 200 Pounds deposit that they charged me during the check-in process. Several messages and phone calls and no response. I am shocked for this behavior with a very prestigious hotel like Jumira

The location, room size & staff

The bathroom is a little bit too small.

Small rooms, specially if you have 2 suitcases. Comfortable beds

The beds are small, expected twin beds but felt like a single bed. Small room.

Great location

Advert on bookings.com indicated that there was a pool at the hotel and the picture showed a high rise building. I requested two single beds. The hotel pool is located in a sister hotel requiring to exit the hotel and go a short distance. Also the room was small and the two single beds were pushed together a one king size making it less comfortable to share with my daughter. Staff seemed to not be ready for this two separate bed request.

I have always appreciated the level of hospitality, the reception team, the concierge, and the overall sense of comfort and welcome in the hotel. Your team has always made me feel at home.However, during my recent visit to Jumeirah Carlton’s dining area, I experienced something that was very disappointing. Despite the fact that there were clearly free tables available, I was told that “there was no space,” and I was directed to the general restaurant reception line as if I was not a hotel guest.This was done by a staff member named Sara, and the way it was handled made me feel dismissed and disrespected, especially considering that I was checking in directly from the airport and have been a loyal guest for many years.I truly value the Jumeirah experience, and I believe that hotel guests – particularly long-stay and loyal guests – should be given clear priority in dining spaces.This situation does not reflect the hospitality standard that has kept me choosing Jumeirah for years.I wanted to share this with you sincerely so that it can be addressed, and so that similar situations do not happen in the future — not only for me but for any guest staying in the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, but the service was slow

No nice lobby

the reception staff were excellent and friendly

the room was small and above a courtyard so was noisy, the breakfast staff were unhelpful and miserable, and ting of the breakfast menu is poor.

Your booking site gave me the impression that I was booking the Jumeirah Carlton, not the Jumeirah Lowndes

Its a cosy hotel, not over crowded, decent rooms, good service, good location and best of all provides access to the gym at its neighbouring sister hotel the Carlton. Overall a good place to stay in London

The rooms are good, clean and comfortable but could aoon need a renovation
