Handy location for a group stay for a hen party. They let us check in early which was brilliant.

Property is in need of a lot of renovations. The ladders in the room didn’t feel very safe.

Great location and price! Room was small but comfortable and the bed was good.

There is no lift and there is a lot of stairs which if you struggle with can be an issue. Sistern in the bathroom was constantly dripping through the night so had to block out the noise.

Room was small, curtain didn't fit window, kettle did not work, remote control did not work, shower did not work properly.

The only good thing about this ‘hotel’ is its location.

I absolutely did not like anything about this place. It seriously needs a proper inspection — I don’t believe it meets even the most basic standards, including safety.Where do I even begin? Everything is dirty. I honestly don’t think this place has ever been cleaned properly. The carpets, stairs, door handles – everything is dirty, broken, old, and smelly. The same goes for the room.I stayed alone on the 4th floor, and the room felt like a prison cell. The windows were broken and filthy, the toilet stank and didn’t flush properly, and everything was falling apart. The mattress was so worn out that I kept rolling off the side. I genuinely questioned whether the bed sheets were clean. The carpet – absolutely disgusting.Noise is another issue – you can hear everything. The walls are paper-thin, and I didn’t sleep at all during my three-night stay. No one came to clean the room, no one changed the towels or brought fresh toilet paper the entire time. It was hot, humid, and completely uncomfortable.This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never stayed in a place this bad. Avoid at all costs – don’t be tempted by the price. I’m honestly shocked this can even be called a “hotel”.

Very very shabby, the mattresses were having lumps and were moving while turning. So much so that my 6yr fell down in the night and had a nasty lip cut and bleed.Never again will we use this hotel.Good location, thats all

Broken windows, broken furniture, rats in rooms. Just demolish this building!

I was kept awake by a water pump as I was in the basement. Toilet didn't work or either did the electric socket by the bed

Absolute value for money. The location was exceptional. Don't expect to be walking into a Palace but it definitely is a place I will return to if I am doing a short trip to London again. The beds were a little uncomfortable. Absolutely no problem with the heat and hot water. Definitely could do with a facelift and some modernisation but a great place for a short stay in London.

Everything was good except the staffs in the reception, they dont even smile,how will hospitality industry work like this

Staffs should be trained properly , the lady in the reception did not even help us , we were outside the hotel she saw us but she ignored us and was busy in her phone .

It was freezing and there was no heating. Staff brought up a portable heater

Beds are really bad, room not so clean and there is not even rubbish bin in the room.

Room was mice infested . They came out at night and were running around biting in plastic they could find around and making squeaky sounds . I had to sleep with light on but it didn't really help as they were not scared of human presence and lights on.

Stayed in a room with 1 double and 1 single bed. Single bed base was broken towards end; that being said....didn't stop my 16y old from sleeping on it

Dirty room, there was someone else’s hairs in both beds. Couldn’t stand up where the double bed was due to extremely low ceiling. Email from booking.com should have stated needed passport or driving licence. First night the heating was so high it was terribly uncomfortable. No mirror in room to do my hair and makeup other than small one in bathroom which I couldn’t use as two other people in room showering but also couldn’t dry hair in there. There was no bin in bedroom

Room was advertised as a double but bedroom Was tiny with a small double bed. Holes in the carpets

I liked the price of the rooms, very cheap considering for london. I happened to get a 2 floor room with 2 seperate beds, one downstairs for my relative and i stayed upstairs, i liked this room alot on the ground floor level of the hotel. I will be staying again.

I could hear the other tenants above my room, where quite loud and can hear talking and footsteps for a while but i know the building is very old and i had to accept that.
