Great staff, helpful and welcoming. The interior details and design were a lovely surprise. Plus the afternoon goodies in the lounge area were a great touch (though I didn't try any)

Great hotel. Rooms are small which is its only drawback.

Lack of room service and wasn’t struck on the bedrooms and bathrooms, having moved once as had to descend a set of stairs to get up bathroom.

Great location for us as we travelled by coach to Victoria Station. Around a 5-10 minute walk.We were upgraded to a larger room.The facilities are great.The bath was lovely, big and filled quickly. Hair dryer and iron with ironing board is great. 2 story room was lovely, if we travel to London again we know this room would accommodate us as a family.Slept really well as the bed was very comfortable.Quiet area meaning it was very peaceful.Lovely friendly staff.We were able to drop our bags of several hours before check in and they were stored safely and securely for us.

Room was a little tired in places- scuff marks on walls and chipped/worn away paint on the handrails.

Excellent location. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Could do with refurbishment and some maintenance. Worst thing though was noise at night. Constant machine noise from outside and very creaky floorboards throughout. Couldn't sleep.

Breakfast included but if you wanted any hot food you had to pay around £15 for this as it was only a continental breakfast included that was not made clear when booking. Breakfast included should be hot!

Tophams is an amazing hotel, a short walk from Victoria station but in a nice quiet road, great location. On arrival the welcome was incredibly friendly and the hotel immaculately clean and maintained. Genuinely 'Boutique ' vibe throughout. Room was lovely with excellent facilities including mini fridge and generous tea and coffee provision. There is a really classy bar area which we were too busy to use, and also the restaurant looks great. The continental breakfast was absolutely lush with lots of choice and all very high quality, and again service was very friendly and efficient. Perfect stay and we will be back for sure!

A good location close to London Victoria railway station. I'd booked a single room but was upgraded to a small double which was much appreciated.

It's a small hotel so it doesn't have a restaurant which would have been nice but they did recommend a really nice Japanese restaurant just next door. There was an annoying hum in the room probably from air conditioning fans but it wasn't enough to keep me awake.

The warm and cold shower like most hotels in London - either too hot or too cold. Elevator wasn’t working but I got a free upgrade to a bigger room in the first floor which was very nice of the hotel to do, so I didn’t have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.

The lady who checked us in was so warm and welcoming. The room was ready earlier than expected. The room was tastefully decorated and had everything you could think of and so extras you hadn't thought of. The bed was comfortable. Warm shower. Immaculate. Location was so central. We are definitely using this hotel for our future london trips

The only fault we found was the air con filtering into the room was loud. There were ear plugs in the bathroom. But that was the only bit . Everything else was perfect
