The location is amazing. 10-minute walk from Buckingham palace or Picadilly square, 15 minutes from Trafalgar Square, a block to the nearest underground station. Staff very helpful.
Air conditioner seemed a little underpowered, but that's it.
We only stayed for one evening. There were many attractions within walking distance. The staff could not have been more helpful. It was a very pleasant stay

Under par for a Hilton. Sink bowl was cracked. The bathroom floor was sticky. Wallpaper was pealing, paint was chipped and worn, and it had too much furniture for such a smallmroom.
The Hotel was wonderful. Staff was very pleasant during all phases and price was most wonderful. Great neighborhood and central to many things. Would definitely stay here again.
We were there 3people but they told me i got a twin bed. So we had to stay 1 night in twin room. Next day i moved to upgraded double room with no charge.
