Good location friendly staff and good food

My room was right next to the lifts so constant noise from them going up and down , bathroom was a bit tired to be honest , wardrobe light wouldn’t go off , and the light shone into the room , and quite a Smokey smell at times , not sure if my room was next to a smokers room .. overall ok , but above issues niggled

The location was amazing, we had a view looking over London and when lit up was incredible.

The guys outside the hotel not clear on the parking.

Room was a bit dated. Acoustics were very bad, all sounds from the corridor and adjacent rooms could be clearly heard as well as the sound of the lift going up and down. Condensation on the inside of the large window was extreme.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, they took a £200 deposit and informed me it would be refunded. It has now been more than two weeks and I still have not received my money back. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and have not received any response, which is completely unacceptable.Even more concerning, during my stay, the hotel charged £25 from my account at midnight without any prior notice or explanation. When I confronted them, they apologized but failed to provide a clear reason for taking money from my account without my permission. Unauthorized charges like this are very alarming and unprofessional.The lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to return my deposit have caused unnecessary stress. I expected much better service and accountability. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Spacious room with an amazing view over Hyde Park. Comfortable bed, good-sized and clean shower room. The entrance/lobby felt very luxurious. We spent a bit more than we usually would on a hotel because we were going to a fancy event nearby, so we wanted to carry on the luxurious evening, and it didn't disappoint. We also appreciated the late check-out (12 pm) so we could enjoy the room for longer since we only stayed for one night.

The lighting was quite dim, which made it tricky to see at night when ironing and getting ready for an event.

Had two double beds but they were too close to each other. There was no gap in between the beds.

The Hotel is in a good location. The Hotel is clean and well presented. The staff are welcoming and friendly .

We had booked a room with twin bed weeks in advance and we had advised the hotel of the time of our arrival before hand .When we arrived our room was no longer available and the stuff had to spend about 20mins trying to accommodate us into another room. As a result we were given a room with a double bed and a folding bed that was made up because the hotel was busy at the time.The manager advised that if the hotel wasn't so full he would have resolved the situation better but this was the best they could do in the present moment which was disappointing to us.The room itself was very cold when we entered it because the air con was set to a cold temperature so we had ring the front desk to resolve this issue as well.The was also no mini bar present in the room which we have never seen before.I was travelling with my elderly mother so this experience was a bit of a shock.

am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members, Zubair, during my recent stay at Hilton Park Lane London.At the time of check-out, I requested his assistance in arranging for someone to help collect and bring down my luggage from the room. His response was dismissive and inappropriate. He stated that this was “not his responsibility,” claimed that the hotel was busy, and that there were no staff available due to check-out pressure. My request was completely ignored, and his tone was discourteous and unhelpful.As my car was already waiting, I had no choice but to return to my room and carry all the luggage down myself—something that should never be expected of a guest at a hotel of this standard.

Location and the facility were great

All went well, except during check out, I requested to extend the check out time for only half an hour but the employee strictly rejected without offering alternatives.

Paying £500 a night for a smelly room (a sewage smell), awful noise at 6am where they’re dropping recycling glass bottles into a bin with a crash bang, and I called down to reception (hoping for a paper clip I needed for something) four times and no one answered. Really disappointing

Black hair found in folded towel, We went to breakfast and our server made sure everyone else had drinks as soon as they was sat. We felt as though we was being ignored, no one asked if we wanted drinks, we had to ask her for them, and once we did she forgot one of our drinks and wasn’t very pleasant anyway, no smile and very short with us
